One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. At the same time, fat can be transferred to the nasolabial folds and marionette deformities.

We need to see the side view of your face, but this lower face sagging may be due to deficiency in the chin and possibly cheeks. Too much skin and soft tissue over too little structure. This is likely a quick fix.
