Hey I’m 6‘3 193cm my skin is medium and sensitive. It tends to redness.I have a very strong beard shadow and this combination gives me Dirty/stressed looking skin. Even with skincare. Also I’m not satisfied with the lower third of my face becuae my long philtrum and very thin lips. What can I do for a better harmonizing face? And I don’t like my side profile either

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

You may benefit from a rhinoplasty to change the tip that is somewhat recessed. You may also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

It is very difficult to give you good advise based on these photos. Rhinoplasty is a possiblity, although you do not voice that as a problem; lip lift may be considered in light of long phyltrum and thin upper lip. Only on the basis of in person consultation, an experienced board certified plastic surgeon could give you a more detailed plan of treatment. Good luck.
