Options for heavy lower face/sagging?

These areas (red arrows) have bothered me for years. I have A LOT of loose skin around the jawline, paired with my genetic dark circles and nasolabial lines I feel like I look 10 years older. I wonder if these are pseudo jowls, a weak chin, or if this is actually a soft tissue issue that a lift would address. I got masseter botox back in Feb and it made the tissue laxity much more pronounced. When I pull back the skin and fat around my jaw I love how V-shaped my face is

You are a good candidate for a chin implant. This will improve your profile and tighten the skin envelope. You may also consider a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Relax. At least from the photos provided, it appears that the use of an appropriate HA volumizing filler for the upper cheeks would help to create a more desirable Ogee Curve, as well as secondarily improve the under tear troughs. Likewise another robust HA filler injected properly at the angle of the jaw would help to tighten the jawline as would an HA filler for chin augmentation, which would not only create better proportionality between the projections of the nose, lips and chin in profile, but would further tighten the jawline. If you wished to have all three regions treated in one session, this could be accomplished in about half an hour in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert.  Alternatively, if you preferred, you can divide up treatments into two or three sessions. Hope this helps and best of luck.
