Based on the photos I’ve seen, there is sagging mainly in the lower face and around the jaw area. In this case, Lower Facelift would be the most suitable option. A Lower Facelift is an effective surgical method to correct sagging and looseness in the lower face, define the jawline, and tighten the area around the chin. This procedure targets sagging that occurs with age and provides a younger, firmer appearance. If the sagging is only in the lower face, this procedure on its own may be sufficient. However, to make a final decision, a physical examination will be necessary.

I notice a degree of hypertrophy of the masseter muscles, which contributes to a slightly squarer appearance of the face and enhances the contrast with the lower part of the cheek, creating a stronger shadow. For a more harmonious change, I would suggest considering a combination of:
• Short-scar deep plane facelift: To improve facial contours and rejuvenate the lower face and neck.
• Botulinum toxin injections to the masseter muscles: To reduce muscle volume and soften the overall jawline.

To get an idea of the impact a deep-plane facelift could have on your appearance, I recommend examining your face while lying completely flat and looking in a mirror. This gives a relatively good representation of the effect the facelift can achieve.

You are young for a face lift. One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This may conceal the sunken areas you dislike. This takes about 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000.

Thank you for your photo. You appear to be an excellent shape and thin. As all of us age, unless we are putting on weight, we lose volume in our face and volume of our bone structure. Some of the concerns that you have should be helped with some judicious use of fillers to restore volume to the these areas to accent your youthful contour and shape. This is a minimally invasive procedure, which can be performed in 5 to 10 minutes in the doctors office and has essentially no downtime. Speak to your board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

It appears that placement of filler would solve your current problem. Fat grafting may be considered in your case as well. T does not look like you need a major surgery like face lift. Good luck.

I do not recommend surgery for you, but radiofrequency with micro-needling, Secret, would be helpful to tighten up your jaw line. Sculptra injections could help fill in the dented areas. secret can be repeated as you age to help maintain and treat the aging skin.
