Do I have tubular breasts and would I be a good candidate for a breast lift without implants? (photos)

Dear thanks for sharing your pictures, this is not a case of tubular breast they look normal, just a little under the inframmary fold. However a Lift without implats or at least fat transfer will be just a for to add scar to your breast. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You do not have the typical signs of a tuberous breast deformity based on these photos. There seems to be some breast ptosis but this can be corrected with surgery.

Your breasts have a distinct breast fold and no constriction of tissue around the nipples. Therefore, you don’t appear to have tubular breasts. If you’d like to have rounder, fuller breasts, then a straightforward breast lift would be sufficient. Implants wouldn’t be necessary unless you’d like significantly rounder and/or larger breasts.

Your breasts are not tuberous but are small and widely separated. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Without implants your breasts will be quite small with substantial scars. You would be better off leaving them alone

Hello, thanks for sharing. Based on the photos, I would say that I do think you have at least some elements of tuberous breasts. The lower breast appears tight, the areolas are wide, and the breast base is a little narrow. I think that you could do a lift only, however, it would not give you much in terms of upper breast fullness and may make the lower breast still feel like it is tight and narrow. I do think you would be a better candidate for a lift an implant to help give you more overall shape. I hope that helps!
