If the nasal bridge is in a good position on the front view, its profile appearance is relatively good and may not need addressing.

However, if you want to achieve a more defined appearance of the nasal tip, it would also require a more defined appearance in the middle vault. Therefore, a full rhinoplasty rather than tipplasty may be more appropriate. Additionally, alar base reduction, or alar plasty, can complement these changes by reducing the size of the nostrils and the appearance of the width of the nostrils on the front view.
