Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be narrowed and the nostrils brought in as well, while keeping it looking natural at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip and nostrils) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the tip and nostrils)! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos Filing your nose bone a little and lifting the tip of the nose up will give you a more elegant look. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. The image from the front view is taken slightly at an angle and might misrepresent the actual direction of the nasal bridge. If the nasal bridge is in a good position on the front view, its profile appearance is relatively good and may not need addressing. However, if you want to achieve a more defined appearance of the nasal tip, it would also require a more defined appearance in the middle vault. Therefore, a full rhinoplasty rather than tipplasty may be more appropriate. Additionally, alar base reduction, or alar plasty, can complement these changes by reducing the size of the nostrils and the appearance of the width of the nostrils on the front view.
You have accurately assessed the aesthetic condition of your nose. Refining the tip can be achieved through a tip rhinoplasty, which can be performed either open or closed. Additionally, the width of the nostrils (alar base) can be proportionally reduced through wedge excisions to complement the tip refinement. This is a common procedure in rhinoplasty and significantly enhances the balance between the nose and the nostril base. Dr. B.
the tip can be refined and the width narrowed by using a rhinoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hi a thank you for sharing these photos. If you are happy with the dorsum (the portion of your nose above the tip) on both frontal and side views, then a tip rhinoplasty would be able to address your concerns. This involves repositioning and refining your tip with techniques that can also address the flare.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Nasal tip deprojection would also be very helpful for your nose as well. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. An alar plasty can accomplish narrowing wide nostrils by removing a small wedge of skin at the base of the nostrils themselves. This procedure can be done under local local anesthesia. If you're wanting to reduce the bulbous nasal tip and hanging columella, that's going to require closed rhinoplasty.
This limited photo, you appear to have more volume in your right hip than your left tip. If you have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose, please consider visiting several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you can see what to expect after surgery. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Sometimes conditions like that are due to an indentation in the side wall of the nose on the side that you don't like. It's a bit difficult to evaluate your front view with the black line running straight through the center of your nose. If you have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of...
We can see from the base view of your nose that you tip veers off to your right side. On front view, you also appear to have a somewhat wide and asymmetrical nasal appearance. On profile, you appear to have a bit of an overprojected nasal tip appearance. Most of these issues may be addressed...
