As far as I can see from your photo It will be possible to make a more accurate evaluation if you can send your photos in better light at 95 degree angles from the front and side profile.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Your nose is much wider at the base then it should be. The normal width of the nose should be the same as the distance between your eyes. You also have thickened skin and a wide bony base. I cannot tell the bump in your photograph but this can be taken care of at the same time of rhinoplasty.
