Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. If your nose used to be straight, then you have a good chance of making it straight again. Rhinoplasty can make your nose straighter, and the tip can be refined at the same time. It would not be a risky procedure, but be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Addressing some asymmetry to your nose (especially if you have a history of nasal trauma) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to address your old injury, improve your breathing, make your nose straighter and more symmetric, and adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose!

This truly a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. Hello and thank you for your question! Based on the photos you provided, it does appear you have a lateral deformity of the nasal dorsum causing an irregularity in the dorsal aesthetic lines. This is something that could be corrected with a rhinoplasty. However, it would be best to seek an in-office consult with a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to assess what procedures and techniques would work best for your aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!

As far as I can see from your photos with a single rhinoplasty operation, you can achieve a much better appearance and it will be possible to correct your breathing problem at the same time. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a concavity along the left side wall of your nose. This is likely the result of your nasal trauma. A rhinoplasty can be done to correct the contour deformity. You will also need a septoplasty to correct the deviated septum.

It is very frequent in our practice to see patients seeking nose deformity correction several years after the injury. In most cases functional and aesthetic correction can be achieved by means of septorhinoplasty. In person co station or teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty is recommended.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a a Rhinoplasty to help straighten your nose. This can be accomplished with osteotomies and spreader grafts. Rhinoplasty can enhance nasal profile including old injury. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery
process.

The areas of your nose that concern you can be realistically improved with an artistically performed rhinoplasty.

Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best surgery. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified by the American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with.
