Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best surgery. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified by the American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. Hello and thank you for your question! Based on the photos you provided, it does appear you have a lateral deformity of the nasal dorsum causing an irregularity in the dorsal aesthetic lines. This is something that could be corrected with a rhinoplasty. However, it would be best to seek an in-office consult with a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to assess what procedures and techniques would work best for your aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!

As far as I can see from your photos with a single rhinoplasty operation, you can achieve a much better appearance and it will be possible to correct your breathing problem at the same time. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.
