Combining buttock augmentation and rhinoplasty, is this possible?

It is absolutely possible to do both at the same time. Is it best to do them separately, absolutely. Both can be done during the same procedure, however you will need to be committed to diligent aftercare. You would need to have special pillows that you sit and lay on to maintain the buttocks as you will have to sleep on your back if you have the rhinoplasty revision. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

It can be a good idea to have two procedures at the same time, to save recovery time, and money, because you pay only once for the hospital. Be sure to have two surgeons specializing in the procedures, and be sure to be a good candidate, by consulting a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
