Good morning, So I would like to know the best and safest way to increase my butt size as prior to now it was it was perfect but due to excessive cardio I believe I burnt off some muscle or mass especially at the top so I would like to make it slightly fuller. I’ve heard of different methods but one of the safest I’ve heard so far are derma fillers but I’ve also research that they could be granulomas are these avoidable can they be reduced as I feel like a BBL is somewhat very risky. Thanks
Answer: Best and safest method of increasing my butt size for a fuller look at the top Thanks for great posted photos. You have 3 options: #1. Surgical upper BBL with lipo or "SKINNY BBL". Fee $6,500+; #2. NON SURGICAL BBL or INJECTION BBL - I prefer the combination of Radeisse/Sculptra in 2 sessions about 6 weeks apart. Start with 20 vials/syringes fee $8,000; #3. A use of both #1 & #2. Fee $14,000++. Best to virtual consult with. All options have complications so not one is the "safest" method!

Answer: Gluteal augmentation Fat transfer is really the only reasonable option. The only two procedures that deliver real results are gluteal implants or fat transfer A.k.a. BBL. Fillers are cost prohibitive for anyone who is not independently wealthy. All surgical procedures have some inherent risk. Nobody has to have cosmetic surgery but there are no other good alternatives that’s why people continue to do liposuction with fat transfer which when done correctly is an excellent option. Despite the BBL having had numerous articles written about fatalities and medical complications realistically the biggest risk is probably ending up with Undesirable results in Liposuction or fat transfer by not choosing a sufficiently talented provider. Many plastic surgeons offer free consultations. You can always discuss options with plastic surgeons in your community and see what they have to say. People considering Liposuction or fat transfer should choose providers carefully by vetting providers through multiple in person consultations at which time I recommend patients ask providers to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. you can also ask what complications each surgeon is had or what their experience has been with these procedures personally.
