Can you fix a bum dent without surgery
Answer: Butt augmentation - dent in buttock Yes, it can be done as a procedure and not a surgery. There are multiple ways to disrupt cellulitic bands with the newest (and likely the most definitive) being from Revelle Aesthetics with a device called Aveli. If there is a deeper "dent" then a targeted fat graft may be better. If this represents a significant deformity, then a smaller version of a Brazilian Buttlift may be required; this may seem aggressive however I have done this a few times with great success. Just fair warning: if the dent is significant, it may require more than one treatment. Best Wishes!!

Answer: Butt dent Hi, thanks for your question. It's not possible to answer without a photo. Regularly, you can give non-surgical volume to your buttocks with fillers of hyaluronic acid. That may correct a dent. It's not permanent like BBL or fat transfer to the buttocks. It has a lower cost than surgery. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a physical exam. Good luck!

Answer: Dents on the buttocks Dents on the buttocks are typically related to cellulite or a cellulite type of condition. There is a new injectable treatment for this though I have a little faith that it will gain popularity and be successful. Typically ideal treatments include cutting the connective tissue that’s pulling in on the skin with a procedure called Subsicion while at the same time adding volume with a small amount of grafted fat or fillers. It’s not easy and plastic surgeons have been struggling with trying to correct cellulite for many years. Some providers will have more experience with better outcomes than others. Some plastic surgeons simply don’t treat the condition at all while others do it. You may also find dermatologist may or may not have more experience with treating skin indentations. they are more difficult to treat than it may seem on the surface. before committing to having any treatment I would confirm the provider or treatment recommended as a proven track record by seeing an impressive collection of long-term before and after pictures. It would be helpful if you included a picture for us to make an assessment. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
