I'm now 5 days post tummy tuck and the drain fell out at 3 days post op. Will I be ok? (photo)

It sounds as if you have a good relationship with your surgeon and the staff.  Continue to follow the advice of your surgeon and keep all follow up appointments.  Your surgeon will monitor your progress and check for any issues related to the drain coming out early.

Hi, it is too bad that the drainage came out. Use the compressive gartment, have ultrasound and linphatic drainage daily and maybe it is going to be necessary to take the liquid out thru punction.
Take care of your self.
Drink green tea.

Drains are there to remove excessive fluid but sometime it can come out accidentally or from pulling on bandages. 
If there is no bulge and there are no collection usually there is no need to place it again. Some tummy Tuck are done without even placing any drains at all. It all depends on what approach was taken. Each surgeon has its own preference even for keeping the drain for 3,5,7 days or to remove when very minimal aspirate is coming out. 
Your surgeon and his team seems to have good support for his patients so Just stay in touch with them if you have any concerns.
