I am looking for upper and lower abdomen liposuction or tummy tuck. I don't know how else to describe it, but i need about 2-3" deep of fat removed from bra line to pelvis, side to side. Is there a particular procedure that would be best for this type of removal? Please see pictures. Thank You

A tummy tuck would tighten your muscles with an "internal corset"( after having been stretched out having children or gaining weight), remove some stretchmarks, tailor and tighten the skin, and the combined liposuction would coutour your figure for the an hourglass shape.
