1.BA i think the dr made the pocket too big. 2.BA 600cc under muscle but im still afraid of bottoming out in the future. I heard internal bra can correct bottoming out, move implants closer together and higher on my chest wall, which will narrow the gap between the breasts. Will i benefit if i dont want my breasts to sag? whats the difference between doing internal bra and not doing it? Ill do 800cc soon since i want it bigger and perkier

Answer: Internal bra An internal bra can reflect any type of support used inside the pocket. This can be sutures, or products like ADM's or Seri to support the soft tissue. This may help your bottoming out.

Answer: Is Internal Bra necessary? (photos) The "internal bra" procedures referred to the use of sutures to adjust the breast implant pockets (capsulorrphy) plus/minus the use of additional support material such as acellular dermal matrix or biosynthetic mesh. These procedures serve to raise the breast implants higher on a patient's chest wall, in the event that the breast implants are moving too far down or to the sides. If the nipple/areola complexes are off-center on the patient's breast mounds, the procedure may serve to improve the position of the nipple/areola complexes on each breast mound as well. Best to communicate your concerns/questions directly with your plastic surgeon, who hopefully has a significant experience helping patients with revisionary breast surgery. You may find the attached link helpful to you as you learn more. Best wishes.
