Experts/very experienced at dissolving fillers NJ/NYC?

Question

Any recommendations? Looking for a plastic surgeon who has done this mannnyyyyy times before and has the experience. The filler is restylane and its placed in my forehead to fix a scar but is over-corrected. Thanks

Hi I'm sorry you have an over correction. I think you want someone who has not used the dissolving agent much. Think about it? Those who dissolve much must be doing so for a reason. A good injector does not need to dissolve excessively. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO :)

How long ago was the injection? If recent (less than 10 days) just wait for the overcorrrection to disappear. if longer it can be easily done with hyaluronidase by a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon

I have seen numerous patients that have been treated by other injectors who wanted their filer dissolved. In general, it is a relatively easy procedure to do.

Dissolving fillers can be more difficult in some cases than injecting fillers. My advice to you is to consult a cosmetic dermatologist who injects on a daily basis who is board certified and knowledgable in this area.  Get the records from your previous injector so that the physician knows exactly which product was injected.  Best, Dr. Green
