How do cheek implants look? Sizes?

Cheek implants are usually made of silicone, also called silastic when in solid form. Other materials can be used but I don't recommend them. Implants will usually stay in place unless traumatized. The exact shape and size can be chosen. Customized CT formatted implants can also be produced. 

 Cheek implants are composed of Silastic, are manufactured in a large variety of sizes( small, medium, large, and extra large) and a large variety of shapes( malar, sub--malar, and combined). the size and shape is determined at the time of the examination and consultation, since both the maxilla/ cheek and implants are three-dimensional structures. Cheek implants are inserted through an intraoral approach placed in a sub- periosteal pocket directly over the maxilla under a brief general anesthetic as an outpatient surgical procedure
