Many years I took a heavy blow to my face where my left cheek appears somewhat depressed in relation to the right. Can a cheek implant be used to offset this imbalance? Also, after this accident, my left eye appears to open slightly wider than the left which I believe is linked to the same underlying cheek issue. Can cheek implants also balance this out?

It sounds like you may need more Voluma injected with proper placement to improve this malar area. Implants should not be necessary. I really love Sculptra in this area as you can gradually improve this area and the results will last more than two years. Best, Dr. Green
Getting cheek implants is
like any other surgery.With proper
anesthesia, you should not have too much pain. For recovery, it can take about 3-6 months to heal, so it is important
to be careful how you sleep to prevent malposition.
I perform a great deal of cheek augmentation - using both Sculptra and Voluma. I would stay away from implants as the shape of your face changes as you get older and you may be unhappy after surgery. There are so many great options now but I suggest you consult with your board certified d...
