For a long time my left eye has been very different from my right (which I consider normal) and its very noticeable in pictures, (my right eye looks completely fine). I'm not sure what's wron with it but I think it may be down to excess and droopy skin. Either that or my entire left eyeball is at a wrong position. Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to read and reply, it's greatly appreciated. The photo doesn't do it enough justice either, sometimes it looks much weirder.

It is likely that you have a skeletal asymmetry causing your right eye socket to be lower than the left. This could be demonstrated with MRI/CT scan, but it is very mild and corrective surgery would be too dangerous.Everyone has some mild asymmetry.
