Options for correcting uneven eyelids? (Photo)

Question

Female/20's. Eyelids are especially obvious in photos and will vary in degree of prominence based on how the skin happens to fold. As of now I use makeup to camouflage their appearance but it can only do so much. Are there any non-surgical methods of correction, such as the use of fillers? If the fillers could make even a small change, it would be welcome. The thought of surgery is scary to me, but it's something I would consider if it were to yeild significant results. I would recommend trying fillers to correct the asymmerty and hollow upper eyelid.  This is a delicate area so make sure the injector has experience around the eyes.

Thank you for your pictures. I think you have mild ptosis(droop) of your right upper eyelid. I recommend that you consult with a board certified oculoplastic surgeon.

Filler injection can actually help improve the upper eyelid asymmetry since one side is more hollow that the other. See an oculoplastic specialist.

You do have extra skin over the right upper eyelid and it not possible to see if this due to uneven eyebrow position or just excess skin over the lid. Please send full face pictures.

The photographs demonstrate one eyelid that is more hooded than the other which is more deep set. A unilateral, one-sided upper blepharoplasty skin removal only could help balance the eyelids and make them more symmetrical. For many examples and more information, please see the link below
