Are bags and dark circles the same thing? If so, I probably have both(bummer) :(. It's really making me anxious bc. I think they might be permanent. They stick out and it's embarrassing. Obviously, I can't have any surgery. Is there any resolution besides surgery and injections and all that stuff(That I'm not allowed to have/use)?

It is important for you to begin taking good care of your skin now.  Use quality skin care products, gently cleansing skin every day.  You also want to wear sunscreen daily, drink plenty of fluids, and get ample sleep at night.
