Dear jaydani07, I have performed Brazilian Butt Lifts on a number of patients who have had lower back surgery. The biggest challenge for my BBL patients who had had previous lower back surgery is the prolonged post op requirements to avoid laying on your back or applying too much pressure to your buttocks.It is important that your plastic surgeon discuss your planned procedure with your spinal doctor just to be sure there are no unusual issues in your particular case. Because the spinal surgery is in a much deeper plane than the liposuction procedure in the lower back, it is unlikely that there is any increased risks in your situation.Discuss your concerns with your board-certified plastic surgeon and your spinal surgeon who can best address your concerns.
How far out from your BBL are you? Are you taking any medications; Are you wearing any special garments? All of these questions are important to figure out where your rash is coming from.
