Uneven results. What would be the best thing to do?

If I inject fat into both the buttocks and hips, I ask my patients to try not to lay on their sides...just their stomach. If you do have to lay on your sides, you should absolutely share equal time between both sides. The uneven appearance may just be dependent edema and will likely resolve with time, but it is best to see your PS just to make sure there isn't anything they recommend.
