Nathan Kludt, MD

Dr. Nathan Kludt is very meticulous about his skill. I’m very happy with the final look, size, and the incisions location. I recently had breast augmentation done by him . With his knowledge and expertise, I’m able to choose the right fit for my natural build. The healing process is fast and his staffs are amazing at appointment times and support. Very professional and warmly welcomed environment at his office.

I am doing this review because there are simply not enough people who take the time to do them. Personally I don't have friends that have done this surgery before so I had nobody to turn to but reviews like these.

Yesterday was my surgery! I was nervous but as soon as I arrived everyone made me feel more excited than nervous which helped. The nurse had me change into stockings, a paper gown and hair cap. The anesthesiologist came in and asked me about when I ate last and previous experience with nasea after anesthesia. I told him I get very sick afterwards so he gave me something in the IV that actually worked and I wasn't sick at all!

I met with Dr Kludt one last time who is very kind, patient and listens to your concerns. I told him I had a dream that he forgot to lipo an area that was my #1 concern and he assured me he would get it all. He marked up my back/ flanks/ hips and before I knew it I was cozy in the operating table with warm blankets. The anesthesiologist inserted my IV which did not hurt one bit! He said he was going to give me a happy hour cocktail to calm me down but I didnt remember anything after that until I woke up in recovery

When I woke up I was sore but nothing like I had expected. And I did have a scratchy throat. The nurse got me dressed and we chatted while she monitored my vitals then she wheeled me down to my car in a wheelchair .

When I got home I had previously arranged my room with blankets over my sheets, doggy potty pads, waters and pinnapple juice and my medication in a basket within reach. I slept for an hour or so before changing my bandages. And let me tell you, as soon as I stood up from bed I had blood gushing from my holes! Honestly it was frightening even though they told me to expect it. I walked as fast as I could to the bath tub and just let it drain. I had to take off my zip up hoodie and baggy sweats because they were soaked. Hubby helped take off my binder and stuff new, fresh pads in there. We also tried using maxi pads in the areas where there was a lot of leakage. I was pretty lightheaded during that ordeal probably because of all of the blood and still groggy from the anesthesia. Hubby got me back into bed and made me a grilled cheese sandwich. After that I would sleep for 2 hours or so and get up to prevent blood clots but every time I got up I would leak a lot so it was an ordeal just getting up and changing the pads and my clothing. I am sore but feels slightly more intense than a really good back work out

Day 2: woke up feeling pretty good just sore. I was scared of how much blood I had leaked throughout the night. It's worse when you stand up you feel it dripping, and I get pretty queasy with the site of blood. I would recommend baggy black clothes (several sets for wash time) Pain level I would say is a 3. I was expecting much worse, but the worst part so far is the bloody clean up. You will leave a trail from your bed to the bathroom. I've been just standing in the tub until it subsides then I change clothes and try to clean myself up a bit but the nurse called today and said it should only be a day or 2 of leaking like that

Day 3: swelling is really bad in my hips and butt area. Very uncomfortable feeling. Feels like I'm wearing a diaper lol
I was so thankful to wake up this morning to find no blood and I haven't leaked all day. Trying to get up and walk a bit and focus on drinking a lot of water. Tomorrow is my shower day but other than that there isn't really much change. Gonna try to take the pain meds only at night beginning tonight so we will see how that goes

Not much change happens between week 2 and 3. Bruising is completely gone and swelling is worse by evening. Noticing some lumps and bumps in my lower back but I'm assuming it's just swelling and trying not to worry about it. Wearing a high waisted compression garment full time except while showering. Also wearing a tight fitted wide strap sports bra to help control upper back swelling. I have noticed a significant change in my shape when I look at my back view so I am excited for what's in store for my final result!
Also December has been the perfect time for this procedure. Work was slow and people mostly assumed I took time off for the holidays. I have teenagers at home and i told them I had covid so they left me alone for 5 days straight no questions asked. I stocked a tote full of waters snacks and pre made salads so I didn't have to Leave my room. I felt good by day 5 to start coming out of my room without looking like I was in pain. Teenagers didn't question a thing!

I’ve had the best experience with Dr Kludt and all of his staff as well, I don’t have words to describe how awesome he is. I had an upper eyelid and an upper lip done and I love how well I look and feel!! Thank you Dr. Kludt so very much :)

Dr. Kludt and his staff are the best! Very professional yet understanding and patient. I’d been wanting a mommy make over for over 24 years, so glad I chose his office. Date of surgery was Dec. 9, 2019. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and breast augmentation. Feeling and recovering great. Thank you so much Dr. Kludt and staff!!!! Merry Christmas.

Recovering very well!!! Still completely grateful to Dr. Kludt and team, I’ve had no complications just the normal pain and swelling. I wear my spanx and binders when I’m at home I’ve noticed it helps with both the pain and swelling. Most of the bruising is gone, I’ve started putting on the scar gel.

From the beginning, I knew Dr. Nathan Kludt at PSC of stockton was the right plastic surgeon for me. His team, the wonderful girls Danielle and Christine in the front office as well as the Nurses Brittany and Renee were very attentive, informative, and welcoming. The first time I called the office, I spoke with Christine and she was very kind and honest. I had mentioned to her that I was at the moment still breastfeeding and wanted to get a breast augmentation.

I was very thankful and appreciated her honest recommendation of me waiting until I'm done breastfeeding and to wait approx. 6months after i have stopped breastfeeding my baby to get the procedure done. I appreciated the fact that she was honest and cared for the well-being of my baby and that there was no rush for surgery. That they will glady receive me once i was ready and completely done breastfeeding. From there on, I knew this incredible team was the one! They truly care for their patients!

To add, there was another time (a year or so passed and I was ready for surgery and had scheduled a consultation) when Dr. Kludt had to reschedule and Danielle personally messaged me early in the morning to let me know of the changes and help me figure out another time and day that worked well for me. She did her best and was able to reschedule me for a later time the same day. Her way of reaching out to me quickly and personally meant a lot.

They truly take great care of their patients. Moreover, my consultation with Dr. Kludt exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kludt is patient and just made me feel comfortable at all time. I had done my research previosuly regards the procedures I wanted and also have looked up many Dr in different locations and after my research decided to go with Dr. Kludt. I had a list of questions for Dr. Kludt and throughout the consultation he took his time to listen to me and answer my questions and concerns thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. He listened and understood exactly what I was looking for.

I am a very nervous and anxious person. It was my first time having surgery so you can only imagine how nervous I was about this procedure. I was getting a breast lift and augmentation as well as a rhinoplasty and Dr. Kludt helped me feel that I was in good hands. And indeed I was. I definitely chose the right Dr. I am beyond grateful with Dr. Kludt and his team. I cant forget to mention, the team and anesthesiologist at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Stockton were incredible!! I'm truly blessed to have chosen this incredible team.

My procedure went well and I remember the anesthesiologist telling me before my procedure that he was going to try his best to prevent me from having a sore throat and nausea and he accomplished his goal. I had very little nausea and no irritation in my throat after the procedure. I also did not experience any pain. The only complications I had if they are even considered complications were tightening and pressure which are totally normal to experience due to the muscle stretching and pressure of implants.

I had absolutley no pain from the rhinoplasty I was very surprised. Throughout my recovery I did have some concerns since I got a rash, but I was able to contact dr kludt and right away he would answer my calls and listened to my concerns. I am beyond grateful with him for truly caring for his patients and not rushing me despite me calling him regards a concern I had around 2am. I am so far 2 weeks and 4 days post op and I am healing very well. I still have some shortness of breath, some days more than others but it is normal to experience this.

I did let Dr. Kludt know about the symptoms I'm having. He has given me the confidence to let him know of any problems, questions, or concerns I may have. Which I believe all drs should have with their patients. If I had to choose a dr again to do a procedure on me, I would definitely without hesitation have Dr. Kludt be my plastic surgeon. I will most definitely without doubt recommend Dr. Kludt to anyone who is looking for a specific plastic surgery or procedure. It has been over a year since I've had my breast lift and augmentation and since I've had my rhinoplasty by Dr. Kludt. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Klud and his team in terms of being kind, helpful, and caring. I absolutely love my breast lift and augmentation but I have to address that I did not have the same positive results for my nose. I gave my nose a year to heal hoping my issues would go away but they didn't. Before my rhinoplasty, I had a dorsal hump and droopy tip which I wanted to be corrected. After my rhinoplasty surgery, performed by Dr. Kludt, I was still left with a dorsal hump, droopy tip, but this time I also had uneven nostrils and a crooked nose which made it difficult for me to breathe. I brought my concerns to Dr. Kuldt at each visit, but I listened to Dr. Kludt which he would reassure me to give it time since it takes the nose about a year to heal. The year has passed and my droopy nose was still droopy and my nostrils looked very uneven. These issues brought me down and I would feel depressed at times knowing I trusted my doctor with my nose and I paid a lot to have it corrected to only have it made worse. He did an amazing job with my breasts and I am very grateful for that but I have to be honest and say I did not have the same positive results for my nose. I hope this update helps anyone looking to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Kludt to please consider my experience and think twice before having this procedure done by him. I did mention to Dr. Kludt of me possibly having a revision rhinoplasty but I didn't have the same trust anymore and decided to look somewhere else. I still would have had to pay a lot of money to get it revised by him a second time and I did not want to risk it again. I found an amazing and professional facial plastic surgeon in Cancun. I uploaded my results with him. The before is Dr. Kludt's work and the after is Dr. Carlos Rosales. I have uploaded a review for Dr. Carlos Rosales whom I highly recommend for facial plastic surgery. I can breathe again and he corrected my first rhinoplasty that was performed by Dr. Kludt. Thank you and I hope you find my experience and review helpful.

Great experience. I did not experience any cons. Scheduling must be done a couple months in advance but this is ok because it gives you plenty of time to do external research. Dr. Kludt answered all my questions and helped me decide on the best size for my body.

Beyond excited about my results from my BBL procedure with Dr Klutd. I’m just about 2 months out and already see fantastic results my scars are still a little red but that’s normal. I would highly recommend Dr Kludt he is very professional and his nurse Renee is fantastic as well I felt comfortable with both of them.

So glad I chose Dr. Kludt's office to perform my Coolscultping procedure on my tummy and back. I am thrilled with my Coolsculpting results! The staff was great at walking me through this process. I will be treating my arms and inner thighs next.

The initial treatment began on May 24, 2018. At the time of the consultation it was decided to focus on two areas- the abdomen and stomach where the “ belly fat “ was more obvious. Two separate sessions were planned with four areas of treatment each time. The second session was June 27, 2018. There was not much change between the two sessions, but I had been cautioned that it could take 3-4 mos. before the total effect was in place.

During each of the 3 hr. sessions the attending staff were always conscientious about my comfort and the proper timing as each of the four areas receiving treatment. There was some minimal discomfort as the “cooling process” began and at the end when the ultra cold skin had to be massaged thoroughly to restart the warmup.



There were no side affects or restriction of activities caused by the process. At the final reveal in early October, there was a very distinct and delightful difference in the look of the area below the breasts and above the groin. I am well satisfied with my results.

I live an active lifestyle and eat relatively healthy but the pooch in my belly and jiggle under my arms wouldn't go away...even with regular exercise. Coolsculpting was the solution. The procedure is simple, painless, and effective. The only con would be it takes a couple of months to actually see the full result. But I have to say it is completely worth it.
