Help! My surgeon has given me a very wide hanging columella During my tiplasty due to adding a columella strut. I am seeking revision. I also believe my columella skin is too prominent anyway. What can be done to remedy these?

Meippolito, Just because it can be done does not mean it should be done; in other words filler could be used but in my opinion it would be just as risky if not more so than doing a proper revision. See an experienced surgeon that does "only faces". see the video and good luck!
