I have a deviated septum and a deviated columella. Since the MiniCAT was taken I had cobllation turbinate reduction. Question #1: Is there an improved approach to correcting a deviated septum than the L strut method? Question #2: Can I safely get a closed nose septoplasty now and correct the nasal columella at a later date? The surgical center cost could be financially crippling while the complication rate would be high. Hence my trepidation and questions. Thank you for your time and help.
