I have a problem w 'wide' convex lower lateral crural cartilage. Can a bulbous nose be helped by pulling LLCCs forward? (Photo)

If so, what techniques can help with this? Can lower lateral crural struts be used to help wth this? i seem to have a problem w that particular part of the nose. I also wish to add projection to my nose and I notice that whenever i pull the sides of my nose forward where the lower lateral crural cartilages are my nose looks projected, breathing is improved, and seems to create slimmer and less bulbous nose and i can see more shape because the excess skin creating the bulbous look is stretched.
