If so, what techniques can help with this? Can lower lateral crural struts be used to help wth this? i seem to have a problem w that particular part of the nose. I also wish to add projection to my nose and I notice that whenever i pull the sides of my nose forward where the lower lateral crural cartilages are my nose looks projected, breathing is improved, and seems to create slimmer and less bulbous nose and i can see more shape because the excess skin creating the bulbous look is stretched.

Answer: Cephalic malposition of the lower lateral cartilage
Hello and thank you for your question. You need to see a true rhinoplasty specialist and this is very different than a Plastic Surgeon who does all surgical procedures. Do your homework and see people who specialize in nasal surgery. Your results can be perfectly explained by examining you...
Lateral crural strut grafts are cartilage grafts, usually from nasal septal or ear cartilage which are placed either above or below the existing cartilages to strengthen them to help with alar (nostril) collapse or pinching.
