Your skin appears to be ideal for a good chin lipo result. It's very effective at reduce the bulging fat beneath the jawline.

Hello elimarki,Unfortunately 2 of your pictures didn't post properly.From the picture in the middle, it looks like you would benefit from facial liposuction.  I use both Smartlipo and VASER in the face.  I think VASER is safer for full face contouring.  Both technologies are great for the neck though.  To get the best contouring in your face, I would actually recommend VASER lipocontouring to reduce the fat in the neck and decrease the width of your lower face while accentuating your cheeks.  Done properly the effect is amazing!Consult with a facial plastic surgery specialist in your area to get an in-person exam and to come up with a treatment plan.Good luck,Dr. Shah

The photos aren't very helpful, but you appear to be very young. Therefore, SmartLipo will certainly improve your profile appearance if you have excess below your chin. An in person exam is needed to really know what would be best for you. Good luck!

Any form of liposuction is going to reduce the size of your neck/double chin but will not make the face above it any slimmer. To do so you are going to need additional pocedures such as buccal lipectomies and perioral liposuction.

Double chin liposuction will make you appear slimmer to others.  It doesn't change the face, but your appearance will be slimmer.You chin will look less full in the central picture.

SmartLipo would definitely help reduce the double chin and slim your face. It's an outpatient procedure that is easily done. Go for it.

We alway use the before and after Computer imager to answer questions like this. Find  a BVPS who is capable of doing that for you and you'll get a very good sense of it and you can be the judge. Hope this helps.
