I am torn between getting Smart Lipo or else Strawberry Laser Lipo procedure? (Photo)

You can get a great result with vaser hi def liposuction.  i never found laser to be that useful and if you want the most in skin tightening, contouring and shaping along with fat removal I suggest a 4d hi definition procedure.  you can also use fat in your buttock and at least give you some lift and shaping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Judging by your photo, you appear to be a very good patient for power assisted liposuction. I have treated many patients with "loose skin of the abdomen (especially the lower segment) I would recommend that you find an experienced liposuction specialist offering a reasonable price. 

From your photo, it appears that your have deep fat inside your belly (visceral fat)and  a light layer of subcutaneous fat on the outside over your muscles similar to a beer belly. I would recommend a combination of liposuction and dietary changes. You'll do well if you learn to eat properly.

Strawberry Laser Lipo is noninvasive and mostly ineffective.  Don't waste your money.Liposuction is proven, period.  There are many methods, but you don't need any fancy method with a special name to get a great result.  What you need is an experienced plastic surgeon.  Warmly,Dr. Kavali

All types of liposuction work. It is the provider doctor you need to be concerned about! Make sure the doctor is a boarded PS!!!!!

SmartLipo or any other newer methods all must have liposuction performed to remove the fat. The laser of SmartLipo can tighten the skin moderately, and I would suggest this type of procedure for you. However, your appendix scar will not get better and your belly bulge, if due to abdominal laxity, also may not get better. In that case, a tummy tuck with muscle plication would be indicated. However, since you're so young and have not had kids, Just do the lipo for now and accept the mild persistent bulge. Have the tummy tuck after the babies.Good luck. 

I use the smart Lipo laser regularly  but would not argue with anyone using any other technology as long as they know what they're doing. Make sure you're speaking to a board-certified plastic surgeon which is much more important than which device they are using. I'm sure it will work out well for you. Good luck.
