I am 19 and have always had very large breasts, 36G cups. Recently I’ve noticed that my breasts are starting to look really saggy and I’m worried it’s going to get worse. Not sure if a breast lift is right for me but wanted to get advice.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Exuberant220196, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Lifting can be an option. A breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, is a surgical procedure used to lift and reshape sagging breasts. It can also be used to reduce the size of the areolas and reposition the nipples to a higher, more youthful position. If your primary concern is sagging breasts, then a breast lift may be the correct procedure for you. However, it is important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your individual case and recommend the best course of treatment.
