I am 19 and have always had very large breasts, 36G cups. Recently I’ve noticed that my breasts are starting to look really saggy and I’m worried it’s going to get worse. Not sure if a breast lift is right for me but wanted to get advice.
Answer: Breasts You would do best with a reduction to remove some heavy tissue and lift. With just a lift, you will sag again from the weight. However, you might consider waiting until, you have had all the children you want and then have surgery.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Small breast reduction Your breasts are too large to have lift only! Regardless of the technique used, in time, your breast tissue will descend to the lower pole, leaving upper pole flat. For that reason, reducing the voulume (weight) of breast tissue will make your result longer lasting. In person comnsultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in breast surgery, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Would a breast lift be the correct procedure to address sagging? Hello @Exuberant220196, thank you for your question. It is possible to reposition and improve the shape of the breast with minimal scarring by raising the base slightly and improving the overall proportion. This will create overall harmony. A consultation is vital to establishing a surgical plan that meets your needs, meets your expectations, and takes into account what is possible. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Breast lift Dear Exuberant220196, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.
