I had nasolabial folds and acne scarring. Previous fillers had left my right side less full than my left. I had 4 syringes, more in the right side than left. I am very happy with the results. I noticed immediate improvement, with more over the time. I have not had any adverse reactions. It's been 2 years and I don't need a touch up. It hurt more than other fillers but was worth it. I noticed many of the unhappy users had injections around the eyes, which isn't suggested for Artefill. The skin is too thin. Side effects are possible and likely.
It is not clear from your description whether you are applying cosmetic products to skin that underwent peeling or not. However, after a peel the superficial layers of the skin are removed and there is increased permeability of substances across the skin surface. As a result post peel products should be hypoallergenic contain no perfumes and should cause minimum irritation to the skin (avoid the use of mild peeling agents). If you did not undergo a peel and reacted to a skin care product, you should consider the possibility that you developed an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. It is important to take a good look at the ingredients on the package or bring the product in to your doctor to review the potential of an allergic reaction, some of which may be tested for. In the meantime, you may use a gentle soap cleanser and a hypoallergenic non oily moisturizer until your skin recovers.
the bumps are uneven remnants of injection of the filler. They do not represent your body's reaction but rather aliquots of the filler mayerisl that werent distributed evenly during the treatment. Depending on which filler was used there may be a way to reverse or treat the bump.
Although small lesions may be excised by punch biopsy and leave minimal scarring, acne cysts need to be removed in their entirety to prevent recurrence. An assessment of your face by a facial plastic surgeon is the best way to move forward toward a cyst free face.
If you are unsatisfied with the injectable results from a hyaluronic acid filler like Belotero, there is still a way to reverse and even improve the result. it is important to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who is comfortable with using enzymatic products (hyaluronidase is one) even for area where the cosmetic filler was used off label as was your case. We often use cosmetic injectable products off label for a variety of sites in face and elsewhere order to improve certain features, volumize, recontour or reshape. Some measure of hardness in the site of injection is expected and as long as it does not actually cause a visible defect, it may take weeks to months to soften. Controlled micro-injections of the reversing agent can remove unwanted lumps and bumps.
the procedure to remove a mole should not cost more than $1000 out of pocket, is performed under local anesthetic, not really amenableto topical creams or other home remedy products.
