Dr. Doan is truly exceptional at what she does. Her expertise in facial balancing is unmatched, and the results look so natural. She has an incredible skill for creating the perfect chin—every single one she’s done looks amazing. What I appreciate most about Dr. Doan is her commitment to making the entire experience completely painless. She prioritizes her clients' comfort, using just the right amount of topical lidocaine and dental blocks, so you feel no pain during the procedure. Plus, she knows how to ensure you’re not numbed any longer than necessary. I had zero bruising or lingering pain afterward, though I understand results can vary. Dr. Doan's thorough understanding of facial anatomy and physiology leaves you feeling confident and well-cared-for. I had full facial balancing, Xeomin, and PRF for my under eyes. I highly recommend her!

Dr. They is extremely thorough. She explains and breaks down everything to a T! I've never had filler before so I was very anxious, but she helped to put me at ease. I still look like myself but just with a little tweaking. Her office is also gorgeous and very inviting.

The Dr. responded within 24 hours. She had me send photos of my face from several angles (which was great, I didn’t have to drive to her office). She sent me a quote within 24 hours. The reason I haven’t booked is because she is not available for six months and I want to do the procedure sooner. Plus, it’s a lot pricier than I expected.

Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what she does, she takes her time and explains exactly why she recommends a certain type of injection and product and what it will do for the anatomy of your face. I started my journey interested in lip injections. I had never had a single filler, Botox, anything done to my face. I went to a few other consultations before getting in with Dr. Doan and felt like just another client. I didn’t feel like the consultation was tailored to my needs nor did I feel confident in having knowledge as to why they were recommending certain products etc. They were very quick consultations, maybe 30 minutes, if even. When I came across Dr. Doan’s Instagram page and checked out her work and explanations under the posts, I knew I had to see her. At my consultation, she did her global facial analysis on me. It is a three-part process. She starts with your upper face, mid face, then lower face. She has you hold up a mirror as she draws on your face with a white pencil, while explaining the anatomy of the face in that area, the fat pads, etc and what you would benefit from getting in those areas. She does not push you to spend more than you are comfortable with. If she recommends multiple injections but you can’t do it all at once, she will map out a plan for you. Starting with what would be best for you to get at that time and what can wait for later down the road. On top of that, her bedside manner is amazing. She checks up on you to see how you’re doing and if you have any questions, she is just a text away. You do not feel like just another patient with her - she feels like a friend, someone you can trust. Just a month ago I had never had anything done to my face, after meeting her, hearing her recommendations and how well she explained what I would benefit from, I just trusted her and knew I was in good hands. I got an appointment on the books immediately. I was planning to only do lips at my first appointment but once I was there and we went over it all one more time, I said “Let’s do it all!!”. And I’m so happy I did. I am thrilled with my results. She did an incredible job; it’s one of those things that you look great and refreshed, but people can’t tell you got something done. It’s such a natural enhancement. I would recommend Dr. Doan to anyone and everyone. She is amazing and I am so happy to have found her :)

My experience thus far with Dr. Thuy Doan has been very exceptional, to say the least! Not having any botox or fillers before, my first consultation with her was an easy and educational process. She throughly explains her recommendation and provides the details on the "why" and "how" to help enhance your beauty versus a typical doctor who may just hear your issues and go straight to the injection without completely understanding if it will truly help or not. I’ve had many lip injections before I found Dr. Doan through social media. She is by far the best I’ve ever had. I’ve asked for lip injection about a year ago when I first visited Dr Doan. Dr. Doan said that I should wait another 6 months to see how my lips would go down before we should inject anymore. If I really wanted to do it, she had to dissolve everything and start over. So I decided to wait. After 6 months I went back to see Dr Doan. My lips still had a good amount of fillers from the years that I’ve been injected. The product had gone beyond my lip border, that was what I hated the most. So we’ve decided to dissolve not everything but just enough so that Dr Doan can inject me. After dissolving, I waited a week before Dr Doan can inject me. She did 1/2 a syringe, no more she said :). She inject another half 4 months later. My lips are almost perfect now. I can’t ask for a better injector. Dr Doan is honest and extremely good at what she does. She doesn’t just look at one part of your face, she looks at the whole face and advise you on what should be done and what looks right without going over board. I also have jawline/chin contour with Dr Doan. She is amazing. It’s crazy how just a little injection here and there can create balance on your face. Dr Doan’s works give you a very natural look. Highly recommend her.

I have always wanted plumper lips and I have been curious about lip injections for years. Being a botox/filler virgin, I have always been too afraid to take the plunge. That is, until I found Dr. Doan. I came across Dr. Doan’s work via instagram. Pictures of her work were beautiful and natural looking. I loved her less is more approach and I felt like she could be the right injector for me. I inquired via text message for a consult, to which she replied quickly and professionally. During consultation, Dr. Doan provided a facial global assessment, which took about 45 min - 1 hour. She analyzed my face into thirds — top, middle, and bottom. She identified problem areas and asked me what areas I wanted to see improve. She then created a plan that is suitable and realistic. Dr. Doan is extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. She also went over the different types of fillers and which one would be best for me. Trust me when I say she does not oversell. Dr. Doan has an excellent eye for beauty and only recommends what will make you look like an enhanced version of yourself. I originally went to see her for lip enhancement only. However, she recommended chin complex as well. While I trusted her judgment, I was a bit apprehensive, as I had never thought of getting fillers anywhere else. Dr. Doan explained the importance of facial harmonization. Additionally, how the light was hitting my face vs. how the light will hit my face with her suggestions. Boy, was she right! On the day of the appointment, I was excited yet nervous. Dr. Doan talked me through the entire process so that there were no surprises during the procedure. She made me feel 100% at ease, even with it being my first time getting lip and chin fillers. A dental block was applied for lip fillers and a numbing cream was applied to chin area. I did not feel a thing and the process was completely comfortable! At the end of the session, I was so amazed by the results. Lips and chin looked beautiful and natural. I couldn't have been happier with my the results, especially with the chin!! Just trust Dr. Doan’s recommendations and you won’t be sorry!! Dr. Doan is an angel and an artist! Her chairside manner is unsurpassed by anyone and she genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for each of her patients. She listens to your concerns and then is honest in her approach on how she plans on achieving the end result. From the moment I met her I knew I was in the right hands. Her consults are very thorough and any questions or concerns you have she answers them honestly. She will develop a detailed treatment plan so you’ll know exactly how she plans to proceed. From the beginning to end, Dr. Doan was fantastic! This was my first time having fillers, and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is very thorough with assessing your face and telling you exactly what you need and why. Every patients needs are different and unique, and her approach is as such. Through her knowledge, she educates you on the true anatomy of the face for the 1st half of your appointment so you will understand exactly where you need to be. I am ecstatic with my results, and very happy that I chose her! Wouldn’t allow anyone else to touch my face!

Let me start by saying I have had several injections by several injectors over the years. My experience with Dr. Doan was BY FAR the best I have ever had with any injector. First, she asked me what my concerns were. She then took the time to give a detailed, full face consultation, highlighting problem areas and specifically discussing each concern I mentioned. She explains facial anatomy and why she does what she does. Dr. Doan then gave me a detailed treatment plan and suggested the order in which I should approach my treatment. She never pushed me to get everything done at once and actually breaks up treatments into sessions so it’s more affordable. Ultimately I decided on mid cheeks, lips, and under eyes for my first session. Her bedside manner and professionalism are beyond compare. She took her time and made me feel at ease. Dr. Doan is a true artist and in one session, managed to make me look almost as young as I feel inside. Looking forward to our next session. I would recommend her to everyone!!
