It appears that you have a slightly prominent chin. It throws your facial balance out of proportion. Unfortunately, there are no surgical ways to treat this. Each person will have a unique size and proportion of their mandible. In your case, the body of the mandible is slightly lacking in projection while the mentalis (the chin) region is overly projecting. I suggest consulting with oral surgeons in your community to get a better assessment, including treatment options. Some plastic surgeons are trained at the assessment and treatment of chin reductions. My sense is that oral surgeons have an upper hand on this treatment, including quality assessments.
