It appears that you have a slightly prominent chin. It throws your facial balance out of proportion. Unfortunately, there are no surgical ways to treat this. The best method is through reducing your chin with a sliding genial plasty. This is a surgical procedure, but it is very powerful. I have included link to my YouTube video about this general subject. Each person will have a unique size and proportion of their mandible.
In your case, the body of the mandible is slightly lacking in projection while the mentalis (the chin) region is overly projecting.
I suggest consulting with oral surgeons in your community to get a better assessment, including treatment options.
Some plastic surgeons are trained at the assessment and treatment of chin reductions.
My sense is that oral surgeons have an upper hand on this treatment, including quality assessments.
You can try consulting with both plastic surgeons and oral surgeons in your community.
