I had a burring genioplastey reduction, however the chin itself didn't actually reduce much because the soft tissue just "filled in" the areas where the bone was before.... The soft tissue sticks out very funny when I am smiling / laughing and I want it reduced. Would a "chin tuck" / submentoplasty, where muscle is tightened to the bone, actually be very effective? Should I consider something else?
