I had an online consultation because I'll be flying to my location, my coordinator says she thinks big implants will fill me up and do the job I'm looking for (I want the BIG fake look) I am currently a deflated c/d, but it's hard to get ahold of the actual doctor until pre op the day before, here are my photos to reference! Thank you so much in advance for your help! Would hate to get there and be told I need to drop another 3,000 the day before my surgery!
Answer: Implants Your breasts are sagging now and will still sag unless a lift is done. Please do not choose implants that are too large and heavy for your frame, or you will just sag more and thin your own tissue.

Answer: Lifts are required when breasts lie low on the chest wall Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. Placing implants alone will give you large low breasts and will make you look heavier. You definitely need a lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Photos tell little Disagree with docs who say no lift. Don’t worry about grading, your breasts are large, fall below the fold substantially, and have asymmetric nipple position. You will need a lift even if you want ‘big fake’ look, assuming you also don’t want ‘droopy and wonky’ look too.

Answer: Breast lift and implants Based on these photos you seem to have a degree of ptosis that will need a lift beside augmentation. It is very hard for an experienced surgeon to give you an accurate evaluation based on these photos; what can you expect from an online coordinator who may have no basic knowledge about evaluation and procedures needed?. I would advise you to do in person evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon before you decide to fly to have it done elsewhere. Surgery of this kind should not be treated as an Amazon order. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift with implants Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. I view it as a major red flag that you have not spoken to your actual surgeon. I would strongly advise looking for a different surgeon at this point. You appear to have Grade 2/3 ptosis. Based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be achieved with an implant and a breast lift. Your nipple sits below the inframammary fold and without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not have a natural shape. A breast lift with an implant can result in a very nice shape if good technique is used. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
