I am 1 week post op but can already say my experience has been 1000% better than my original mommy makeover in 2014. My current implants were recalled so I found a different implant company called mentor, that carried a lifetime warranty and found his location through their site. I came in with a difficult case, I got implants above the muscle 11 years ago and my surgeons stitching for the lollipop scar kept popping so I had extensive scarring around my nipples and below, not too mention the skin had gotten so thin you could see the implant and it was folding to where a corner was sticking out of my breast and drooping. Dr. Nguyen was able to tell me exactly how he could fix it, by moving under the muscle, adding mesh and a new lift. I told him my concerns about the risks and he was able to answer transparently. I also told him I wanted to go bigger than my current 330ccs but not too big to where I could not buy bras in a normal store. He ordered 3 different sizes for surgery day just to find the perfect fit. His staff was so amazing attentive, and when I started to panic before surgery, his nurse prayed with me (which is so important) and then he also prayed with me when I shared how special that was to me. After care, they checked in on me, and responded to all my emails promptly. I am only 1 week post op however I'm so excited for the results and will share photos when I am more healed.
My surgery was on July 11, 2023. I got a mommy makeover, and everything went well from start to finish. Body is still healing, but I like my results so far. I was scared and unsure because I never had cosmetic surgery before. All the staff are very supportive and easy to talk to. I went to several consultations before making a decision. And I am glad that I chose Dr. David Nguyen (Heavenly Plastic Surgery)
Living in California, I feel like you have a lot of “top”surgeons to choose from, but my consultation with Dr. Nguyen was by far the best. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell anything, and has great bedside manner, and prices were unbeatable. I am now 7-days post-op. My post-op appointments with Dr. Nguyen have felt a bit rushed, but you can always get in touch with someone at the office (their customer service is incredible), appointments are easy to make, and they do a good job of following up. Although I’m still swollen and have awhile before I’ll see the final results, I’m very pleased with my tummy tuck. If you’re in California (or even out-of-state) look no further than Heavenly Plastic Surgery. I guarantee you’ll be happy will the entire experience.
I have been researching and contemplating to get mastopexy and sternal chest scar keloid removal for over a year. I finally pulled the plug and said I am going to do it. I met with 2 other surgeons before Dr. Nguyen and I didn’t feel comfortable with them. I decided to hold off again until I saw Dr. Nguyen’s reviews on real self. I took a chance and scheduled a telephone appointment with him. My first imperssion was he was honest, considerate, kind and caring. He was honest about result of my keloid scar removal as well as my mastopexy. He told me what to except and no b.s/no sale pitch. I told him I was getting married in 6 months, he rushed and got me in his busy schedule to do my mastopexy first. He was so considerate, he wanted to make sure I get both of my surgeries completed before the wedding including recovery time. I was super nervous before going in the surgery room for my mastopexy, when he came to mark me, he prayed with me before surgery. His demeanor was kind and caring which allievated my anxiety before surgery. During recovery process, Dr. Nguyen was available during office and after hours to answer any questions or concerns I have. I wasn’t at all nervous for my second surgery because I was confident I was in a good hand with Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen has beyond excceded my expectations. I feel confident and I feel like my old self again. I am able to wear clothes I want to wear and I am not daunted by my problem chest area. I am forever grateful for Dr. Nguyen for taking good care of me and helping me achieve my goals. Dr. Nguyen’s staff are amazing as well. It was a wonderful experience overall. Dr. Nguyen and his staff really care about their patients, they go above and beyond to make sure their patient’s needs are met. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon to achieve their personal goals.
I am 5'5 130 lbs and do not fill my 32D bras anymore! After losing weight, I decided to get a breast augmentation to soften my strong frame and make me feel more feminine. At the moment, I can hardly fill a 32C bra so I will get 385 cc, smooth, round, moderate plus implants under the muscle via crease incision to get the 1-2 cup sizes back. I decided to go with Dr. David Nguyen at Heavenly Plastic Surgery. One of my concerns was that the Dr. is board-eligible; however, after consulting with 8 doctors, I chose HPS because the Dr. and staff were so helpful, welcoming, and kind. Plus, there weren't any negative reviews, which makes sense because the recent photos I've seen of his work were great. Here is what I will buy/do to prep for Titsday: PRE-OP PREP: picked up all my Rx and OTC (extra strength Tylenol and Miralax); wash with Hibiclens starting 5 days prior; shave underams 2 days prior; remove the gel polish on both of my index fingers and shampoo the night prior. I will also be removing all jewelry and braiding my hair so I won't have to care for it much for a few days! I've been applying lotion with shea butter to my breasts as well to keep it hydrated (in case of stretch marks). MEAL PREP: chicken and steamed broccoli, low sodium crackers, canned soups, dairy-free yogurt and protein granola, protein nut bars, fresh fruits, Vitamin Water. RECOVERY PREP: purchased zip-front sports bras, 4 ice packs, a reading pillow, water jug with a dispenser, baby wipes, and 2XL men's tshirts to lounge around in to make using the restroom easier. Gonna update RealSelf often with my journey! I am so nervous yet excited. Updated on 25 Aug 2021: Today was my breast augmentation surgery. I will be reposting my whole review under Dr. David Nguyen's profile on RealSelf! Updated on 26 Aug 2021: I had my operation about 12 hours ago and it was positive despite my anxiety/nervousness! I had a crazy morning but the staff at both HPS and the surgery center were so kind and understanding. Check-in was quick and smooth - I got to speak to the nurses, staff, and the anesthesiologist prior to meeting with Dr. Nguyen and they all answered my questions and eased my worries! I am not great with needles but the nurse who administered my IV was so gentle. As for the surgery, I did not recall falling asleep but remember waking up once I was all done! There was more pressure than pain for sure but got to eat one of the protein bars I brought prior to taking my pain meds right away. Since the surgery, I've been on top of my pill schedule and trying to eat well. I was able to walk around and do some deep breathing exercises every hour pretty much right away. I can also use the restroom by myself and was even able to change. In lieu of a shower, I wiped whatever I could gently reach with baby wipes. One thing that bothers me is being unable to hold good posture - hunching over was recommended to prevent pulling at the stitches. Another is that I am so bloated! Hopefully the Rx for this works soon. Will provide more updates as I recover! Updated on 26 Aug 2021: Had my first post-op appointment today and was cleared to shower. The Dr. said everything looks fine! Once I got home, I showered right away and patted the Steri-Strips dry before putting my post-surgery bra back on. The bloating is the worst part. I was prescribed Colace but I do not think it works so I called HPS yesterday and they recommended prune juice and milk of magnesia. I got both delivered and had a bit of each...still bloated. ): I was able to switch to Extra Strength Tylenol at around 5pm 1 day post-op (1 pill every 6 hours instead of the recommended 2). The only pain I feel is in my tummy! Other than that, my breasts are still swollen. In terms of numbness, my right nipple is still sensitive whereas my left one seems numb. Updated on 27 Aug 2021: After trying Colace, prune juice, milk of magnesia, and Smooth move tea, I finally had a bowel movement and am feeling a LOT less bloated. As of yesterday afternoon, I am off all pain medication (Tylenol and Norco). I am just using muscle relaxer, stool softener, antibiotics, and probiotics. I'm starting to get tingles in both breasts but overall, the left side is much more numb. Updated on 1 Sep 2021: Finishing my antibiotics and still a bit bloated! My right implant is softening and slightly dropping faster than my left. Left incision is still very bruised and my sternum area is yellow! I don't really feel pain, just pressure from the tightness and swelling. I am honestly so impatient for the final results and can't wait to start working out fully again. The Dr. and staff at HPS as well as the nurses from the surgical center are also super great with follow-up care! I feel like they genuinely care for their patients and that makes me extra glad I chose them. Updated on 9 Sep 2021: Posting a couple days late but it's been 2 weeks so far! I still have some bruising and slight bloating but overall, there is absolutely no pain unless I use my arms/chest muscles a little too much. I am still trying to sleep sitting up because I think that might help them drop sooner? My right one is still getting softer and dropping faster than the left. Lately I have been feeling like I went too big, too early to tell though. Updated on 14 Sep 2021: Not too many changes from last week, my only complaints are that my implants are not dropping as quickly as I'd like (have a trip coming up) and that I might have gone too large? Bruising is clearing up and I have more upper body mobility/strength. My implants are starting to soften (they can even touch!) but are still unnaturally hard/solid when I move. Can't wait for final results! Updated on 24 Sep 2021: Couple days late but now I am over 4 weeks post-op now. I had a post-op appointment on 9/18 and the Dr. said that I am healing well. I was recommended to stop wearing a bra so that they can drop faster, to stay off exercise, and to remove the Steri-strips at the end of this week. My implants are softening up and slowly getting squishier but don't move like natural breasts. They are starting to look nicer though so that is a plus. I was concerned that I went too large but the Dr. let me know that they will look smaller when I get my final result. The area around my incisions is still numb and so is my left nipple. Whenever I feel any shooting pains or tingles, I get excited because it means my nerves are repairing! I can't wait to feel "normal" again. One more thing, I started taking Singulair to help prevent capsular contracture since I had a lot of bruising. Updated on 24 Sep 2021: Updated on 29 Sep 2021: Not much to update! They're finally looking smaller but aren't "natural" yet, they look like pecs when I move. Upper body mobility is getting better as well. Updated on 5 Oct 2021: It's been 6 weeks now and I feel like I will take a long time to go through the drop and fluff process. My implants are still hard in the center, but on the sides they are soft and jiggle a bit. I removed the Steri-strips a few days ago and started using Mederma on the scars, which are slightly raised. I am still going braless to help the implants settle faster. My next post-op is this Saturday but from now on, I will be providing updates every 2 weeks. My wish is for the implants to drop so my nipple position looks more natural, I still feel like I have pecs or torpedos. Updated on 20 Oct 2021: I am at 8 weeks now! I had a post-op appointment 2 weeks ago and found out that I have slightly constricted breast tissue around my IMF, which means the implants aren't dropping and fluffing since the area refuses to stretch. I feel like this is making my implants sit way too high still, they look like unnatural melons/torpedos still ): Dr. Nguyen gave me a band to wear to hopefully help the implants drop. I just want them to look natural. He also gave me another month on Singulair to help prevent capsular contracture. I also started scar massage for around 5 minutes a day and am still apply Mederma daily. I love the way they look from the front, but every other angle freaks me out still. Hopefully they fully drop and fluff soon! Updated on 3 Nov 2021: It looks like the skin at the bottom of my breasts still doesn't want to stretch despite wearing a band every day for at least 12 hours. This means my implants aren't dropping properly, resulting in too much upper pole fullness (looks too fake) and an overall torpedo-like look. I am pretty insecure about how fake they look, hopefully the implants will drop soon. My scars aren't visibly terrible, but they are hard in some areas. I massage them daily per Dr's orders and apply Mederma daily, but I feel I am missing something. I am worried the scars won't soften. I wish my 10-week update was more positive, but these are two persisting issues in my current BA journey. Updated on 20 Jul 2023: Sorry for not updating for a while! It's been almost two years. At my last post-op appointment, I found out that I had slightly constricted breast tissue, especially under the nipple area, which caused the implant to not "drop and fluff" as a "normal" breast would. I tried wearing a band that would push them down, but my breast tissue is stubborn. Both implants sit a little too high, so my nipples are quite low, especially my right one. I'm unhappy with how uneven my nipples are. I also feel like the implants sit too close together since they won't drop all the way. I'm hoping that as my breasts naturally sag with time, my implants will look better. Aside from this, I do like how feminine I feel with implants that suit my frame. My natural anatomy pre-op made me feel like I had "man-boobs" due to their shape and width. I'm glad I got implants, though feel a bit bummed out about how my constricted breast tissue (not yet considered tuberous) affected my result. Sometimes they look like pecs because they just won't drop enough. ):
Hi! I had consultations with 3 other doctors before I found Dr. Nguyen. He had the best pre vs post-op pictures by far and was much more knowledgeable. I love that he's very transparent and up to date with his work through social media. He asked me questions the other doctors didn't ask me and pointed out things about my body that I never noticed and other doctors didn't either. He's very calm, humble, and professional. I put down my deposit right after my consultation and I really appreciate that he was able to squeeze me in an earlier date because I'm starting nursing school! I felt very confident in his skills and I'm SO glad I chose him to do my procedure.I'm 5'2, 23 years old, never had kids, and about 95/96 lbs. I was a 32A at Victoria's Secret before my BA and I got submuscular extra high profile silicone implants through inframammary incisions. My right breast is smaller than my left so I went with 445 cc on my right and 420 cc on my left. I liked the look of 400 cc in my right and 375 cc in my left, but I wanted to account for muscle compression and Dr. Nguyen pointed out that my chest is concave. He suggested a bit more volume if I wanted more projection to make up for that. 455 cc was the largest volume I could get due to my narrow chest. I have not had the chance to take a look at my breasts yet without the gauze and bra, but they don't feel too heavy or look too large. I haven't seen any bleeding either. My breasts are definitely torpedo-shaped right now and the top of my implants are right under my collarbones lol! I was slightly afraid of being too top-heavy, however, I knew I would be more upset if I ended up smaller than I wanted. Now I'm very happy with the size I picked. I'm glad I didn't back out and ask for a smaller size because I definitely would've been disappointed. I hope after dropping and fluffing I will be a small D cup to DD at most. My goal is an hourglass body shape and nice cleavage without the top of my breasts looking too round. Dr. Nguyen pointed out that my pectoral muscles are quite large for someone my size (likely due to me weightlifting for a few years). I hope that helps cover up the top roundness of my implants. I used to be a lot skinner/underweight (85 lbs) and the only way I was able to put on weight was by doing heavy weightlifting. So far my cleavage looks perfect! Not too close or too far apart. Overall it was a great experience. I got extremely nervous once I was in the operating room. I've been wanting to do this procedure since high school and I was like wow it's really happening! I've been waiting for this for so long, now it is about to happen! My breasts were always major insecurity of mine. There were so many cute clothes I wanted to wear, but couldn't fill out. My small breasts also made my torso appear longer than it actually is. I had my BA at 4 pm yesterday and I feel great! Pain has been tolerable and my family has been great at helping me. The pain is nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. The staff was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. I was super nervous because this was my first surgery and I was afraid of the pain afterward. Honestly, putting in the IV hurt the most in this whole process. I took a Norco and an extra-strength Tylenol for the pain as recommended by my nurse after I woke up around 5:15 pm. I felt no pain after! There was some pain if I accidentally stretched out my arms too far so I'm trying to be more careful about that. My incisions were a bit sore too. I started having muscle contracts that felt like sharp pinches around 8:30 pm. My nurse had suggested I take a valium at 8:00 pm, but I forgot to do it on time. It made the contractions go away quickly after I did take it. My right arm movement is much more limited than my and I feel more tightness on this side compared to my left. It was hard to sleep last night sitting up. The angle put a lot of strain on my lower back. I'm going to get a travel pillow today to help my neck and I think I figured out a better way to position my pillows to help relieve my back. This morning when my pain medication wore off I felt more tightness and soreness around my incisions than yesterday, but it was still tolerable. I can move my arms around a lot more today and carry slightly heavier things like my laptop. I'm still trying not to use my arms too much and I've been slouching forward due to the tightness. If I do straighten out my back, I feel more pain in my incisions. My post-op appointment is Monday afternoon. I cant wait to see my breasts and take my first shower after! Luckily I took a shower the morning before I checked into the surgical center. I will update with before and after pics soon! Updated on 6 Apr 2021: I haven't had any pain around my incisions today! They get a little sore when I sit up, however that goes away quickly. The last painkiller I took was one extra strength tylenol last night before going to sleep. I still feel a lot of tightness, itchiness, and pressure. I can move my arms more today, but I still have some trouble reaching in certain angles. I do have nipple sensation meanwhile the rest of my breasts are numb. I took a shower and the only bruising I noticed was in my cleavage. Updated on 9 Apr 2021: Positives: More arm movement so I showered by myself, no more pain/pressure in my left breast, and slowly getting softer/rounder. I still love my size! I have the hourglass body shape I was looking for. For reference my measurements are 31 (underbust) 23 33 inches. I haven't measured my bust. I know it will likely get a little smaller after all my swelling goes down and I am fine with that too. I think with my new curves I look less underweight than before (I have a low BMI, but I'm healthy! I have a small frame). Bruising in my cleavage is almost gone and I've noticed that its more narrow. I think it's just my breasts projecting more as my skin stretches out. My breast sizes are pretty even now! My left is still slightly bigger, but it's enough of an improvement that bras should fit both sides better now :) Sensation in breasts is slowing returning. Not so positive: My right breast gets sore here and there (was smaller and got a larger implant). My implants are sooo high and square! Its weird seeing it on myself even though I saw other pics of other women before dropping and fluffing. Both my nipples point downward. I think my left breast is dropping and fluffing a little faster. It is a bit softer than my right breast and my nipple is not pointing as low. Dr. Nguyen said he will be teaching me how to massage them at my appointment on Monday. I'm still sleeping sitting up with hopes that gravity will help me out. There is some pretty dark bruising on the outer sides of my incisions. It doesn't hurt when I touch those areas so I'm not worried about it. I had some bruises below my incisions too that have faded and are almost gone now. My nipples and areolae have been dry lately. I noticed some skin peeling so I'm applying shea butter once a day and its helping a lot! Btw I have Sientra HSC smooth round extra high profile! Updated on 26 May 2021: I've been wearing a compression band to help my breasts drop for about the past 5 weeks. I saw Dr. Nguyen on Monday and he said they're in a great position now! The nipple on my breast that was smaller pre-op is still slightly lower. I hope it will fix itself over time. My skin is dry, flaky, and occasionally itchy from stretching. I've been using shea butter to moisturize and its slowly improving. My incisions are very thin lines and are not dark at all! I'm confident they will fade well. I am looking forward for them to finish fluffing. I love the size and how my cleavage looks. They do feel heavy when I lay on my back so I still sit up when I sleep. I was cleared to exercise as long as I take it easy with my arms. Updated on 3 Jul 2021: My breasts feel so much softer now and like they're truly part of my body! My skin is still a little dry and sometimes itchy. However, I had my last post-op appointment and everything is great. It took a little while for the ends of my stitches to finish being absorbed. They would be gone one day and poke back out the next. It was not painful, only quite itchy. Other than that, I haven't experienced any problems. I am now a 32DD/34D when I was a 32A before. My scars are also fading nicely. I have been using bioCorneum Plus SPF 30 Advanced Scar Supervision by Sientra twice a day! I love my breasts now and all the insecurities I felt before about them are gone. I did take pictures every week of my progress like before, but there wasn't any significant changes. I'm excited to see how they progress when I hit 6 months and 1 year to see my final results. Updated on 7 Oct 2021: Time flew by! I think the shape of my breasts are still pretty similar to my last update! I have noticed them getting softer lately. My areolas are still dry and itchy. I recently started using aquaphor and it seems to be helping a bit. I have also been sleeping on my side again for about 2 months now! It feels great to be able to go back to how I slept before surgery. I have been pretty lazy with applying my scar treatment but its fading well!
Dr. Nguyen is very honest in his consultations and recommendations. He never tries to upsell you on anything and will tell you whether or not what you would like achieved as the end result is feasible or not. I love my end result after having fillers and Botox and will continue to see him for all my cosmetic work.
Background basics: I am 44 years female with 4 kids ((twins – single – single) 3 pregnancies – C sections. My breast and stomach had taken a big toll over the years because of carrying the kids and breastfeeding. I wanted a breast lift ( no implants ) and tummy tuck. A mommy makeover ( both procedures at the same time). I work so I needed to get back to work in a short time. Being a research analyst by profession, I did my due diligence on the doctors before picking Dr David Nguyenn at Heavenly Plastic surgery, Frankly, all the doctors in OC area are very close in comparison, but the main reasons I picked Dr Nguyen were : Research and Consultation - Great first consult – walked me through the whole process and answered every question meticulously. - Was always available for questions via texting or phone calls. - Competitive and reasonable pricing. He worked with me on scheduling early. - Surgical center next door to his office very convenient and also located at the toll road exit. - Had great reviews from other patients, great front office staff, and surgical staff. - He is a very kind and religious man. - Much down to earth then the Newport Doctors. Surgery and Post-surgery experience. -He really calmed my nerves before the surgery and said a little prayer (my favorite part cause I am religious) -He was available for all the follow-up questions/ concerns and very gentle bedside manners -The outcome of the surgery was amazing, I was back to work in 2 weeks. I was very apprehensive about the whole surgery but he did an awesome job with the mommy makeover. I am 100% satisfied with how my body looks. His hand skill as a surgeon is mind-blowing, with very clean cuts and stitching. I healed very well breast hurt more than the tummy but his guidance throughout the whole process was impeccable. I wish I had done this earlier. I highly recommend him. My body feels brand new and I am back to my pre-pregnancy shape and size. Ladies this is your guy for a Mommy makeover, I promise you will not regret the decision.
I had always considered getting plastic surgery (I have a small list of things that I know would boost my confidence 10x over) and thought that it might be time seeing as I was now in the position where I have someone to care for me, the money, and the time. I had generally tried to stay away from bathing suits and tank tops because I was extremely self conscious. I was a 32aa and I'm very petite (5'3" and about 98lbs) so it looked like I had basically no chest and I felt like no one took me seriously because I looked like I was a teen. It was an extremely nervous time for me but I knew it was a good idea and I thought, "Why not?" My confidence would change and I would end up feeling ten times better about myself, and I was right! I called around and spoke with a few different doctors and Dr. Nguyen's office was by far my top choice just based off of the inquiry alone. I had spoken to a few people who wouldn't even give me the time of day or very basic information over the phone and Dr. Nguyen's staff always made me feel like I was important and made the time to answer my questions. Upon going in to the office, everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt completely at ease and really comfortable with everything. He went over the procedure, all of my options and questions in full detail and I knew it was what I wanted to do. I went ahead and booked my procedure and started getting a bit nervous. I ended up going with 375CC Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants. I wanted to be bigger, but didn't want to look ridiculous since I'm so small. When it was finally time, the nurses made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Nguyen even asked if it was ok to pray with me before the surgery, which made me feel so much better as I had been sitting there doing it on my own beforehand. They wheeled me in, the anesthesiologist told me to count and it was done. The whole process was smooth and my recovery was just as anticipated. I did have some additional nerve pain and nausea but he was very understanding and wrote me an additional prescription so I wouldn't be suffering through my recovery. I've been to quite a few post-op appointments now, as I'm about 6 or so months post-op and I feel better than ever. My scars are nearly gone, it's just the color that is sticking for a bit longer which I've read is totally normal. I didn't use any creams or anything for them. I do have some trouble sleeping on my side (I'm a huge side sleeper) occasionally but it's getting better. I do notice that when my fiancé and I have sex, it's uncomfortable if he puts too much pressure but I believe that's mostly me just not being 100% used to it. There's absolutely no pain and I've been able to go back to pretty much everything I used to do. I'm so happy I decided to go through with the surgery and I'm glad I decided to go with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. I can finally feel comfortable and confident in bathing suits and am almost always in tank tops or without a sweater covering my chest. I've actually even gained weight so I'm starting to fill out in other areas as well (though I'm still petite) which is amazing. I definitely contribute it to my overall happiness and the change in my confidence. I'm not 100% on my size yet because I haven't been able to get properly sized with COVID, but I can definitely say I am a C or D based on the way the simple bras from target are fitting me. I will definitely be recommending, and have, to everyone I know and go to them for any future items I want done. Thank you guys for making it so amazing!
Amazing all the way around ! Love that they’re Christians and prayed with me prior to surgery. I absolutely love my results and will be back for more. I felt very comfortable everyone is always so pleasant and attentive to their patients !
Hi Tiffanykd, You 100% need a breast lift. Anything less will leave your breast tissue hanging over your implant, and you won't be happy with it. Blessings on your journey!
Hi Independent661627, Your English is great! In terms of your breast lift, personally I would use an anchor scar to make sure you get an aggressive lift that lasts a long time. Definitely do NOT get a donut lift only. I think the lollipop incision will not fully correct the sagging and will leave you with too much tissue still hanging in the lower area of your breast. Blessings on your journey!
Hi rpnzel, I would highly consider a lift to restore the contour of your breasts. Large implants will likely not help and exaggerate the problem over time. Blessings on your journey!
Hi Dannielle2990, It's a little hard to tell, but I think your nipples are above your breast fold in the pictures. If this is the case, you should be able to get a good result with a breast augmentation only. I would definitely consider a large implant (400 cc or greater) that is high profile. Blessings on your journey!
Hi daniellewotherspoon, Yes, you can probably get that look without a lift using large implants. I usually warn patients against going that big because of the long term issues once your skin is no longer able to support that weight. Blessings on your journey!
