I took a bad photo before, I was wanting implants because I have lost volume, also unsure if I 'needed' a lift, I wanted to avoid that if possible, also my nipple measures 17cm from the notch so they aren't low, is there such a 'lift' without moving or cutting around the nipple??
Answer: Breast Lift with High Nipples Sagging with still high nipples is termed "pseudootosis". It can be possible to lift the breast yet keeping an already high nipple in its current location. You may be a candidate for implants alone or even some type of lift with or without implants. Without an exam, assessing your goals, breast measurements, and skin tone, it is hard to tell you what would be best. Therefore, I would recommend a few consultations to see what makes the most sense.

Answer: Lift As you noticed, your nipples are in good position, but your own breast tissue is sagging. Yes, an incision can be done underneath to help tuck the breast and remove excess skin. However, the breast may look somewhat flat. I would suggest the regular incisions for the lift for the best results.

Answer: Can I have a breast lift without moving the nipples? Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. You do have some glandular ptosis. You will likely benefit from a mastopexy augmentation (lift + implant). I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best, Pejman Aflaki, M.D. Johns Hopkins-trained double board-certified plastic surgeon

Answer: Breast lift Dear Jammyjane, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thatsbeing brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Pseudoptosis of breast You have a condition where your breast skin especially lower breast skin sags but nipple is in normal position. You need a lift that removes and tightens the lower skin with no incision to the nipple aerola area. An implant can be placed at the same time. Consult with a plastic surgeon who does a lot of breast lifts and you like their before and after photos. Good luck.
