I’m 30. 5’11” and 235ish pounds. I’ve been in the gym working out and eating appropriately. I’m looking into a mommy makeover. Lipo360, tummy tuck, and breast aug with lift if needed. I really want to get this done so I can be comfortable in my own skin.
Answer: Mommy Makeover Liposuction and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) are often combined to achieve a flatter, more contoured abdominal area. Liposuction removes excess fat from areas like the waist, flanks, and upper abdomen, while the tummy tuck tightens loose skin and repairs any abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti), especially after pregnancy or weight changes. If needed, breast augmentation can also be performed at the same time. In cases where there is sagging or loss of volume, a breast lift (mastopexy) may be recommended alongside the augmentation to restore a youthful shape and position. That said, we need to see you for a proper assessment to determine the most suitable treatment plan based on your anatomy, goals, and skin condition. This ensures we create a safe and customized approach tailored specifically to you.

Answer: Thank you for your question! We would need to know a bit more of your medical history in order to see if what you would need is a tummy tuck, but there does seem to be some intra-abdominal fat that is hard to remove just with a tummy tuck, nonetheless more information about your medical history as far as pregnancy is weight loss Would help to leave me in a better direction to see what would be best for you, but initially just by looking at the pictures, I would suggest lowering your BMI to around 28 in order to get the best results and then possibly having a tummy tuck liposuction 360 and breast lift with implants I do think that would end up helping you getting the best outcome and a mommy may go would be the ideal surgery for you.

Answer: The best option for you! Hello Your BMI is 33, but your skin quality is good. Liposuction can be performed, but you are not the ideal candidate for it. I would first recommend trying to reduce your BMI to around 30. Your photos are taken from a high angle, which does not accurately reflect your condition. If there is no sagging in your abdominal skin and no separation in your abdominal muscles, a Tummy Tuck is not necessary. I would also recommend adding Bodytite or Renuvion J Plasma to tighten the skin along with Liposuction. Your breast photos are also taken from above with your arms raised, so it's unclear whether there is sagging. If there is sagging, a Breast Lift with implants will be necessary. Otherwise, just breast augmentation with implants will be sufficient.

Answer: Mommy Makeover Your will see a difference with liposuction of your abdomen, hips and waist +/- a lower skin tuck (your tummy skin elasticity looks tight without stretch marks). Whether or not you need a tummy tuck depends on your muscle wall and amount of visceral fat. That would require an in-person exam to assess if you would benefit from muscle plication or not. As a rule, I do not perform abdominoplasties on patients with a BMI greater than 30, and best less than 25 as the benefit can be limited for a modest or negligible gain with associated significant down time and complications. Regarding your breasts, augmentation by either fat grafting or implant (I recommend saline for less rupture surveillance worry) will benefit in enhancement and shape. You have some asymmetry in shape, but this is a normal occurrence, and I would accept the asymmetry unless it is very bothersome to you. I hope this helps. Thank you.
