Thank you for sharing your question and photograph and I am sorry your results have not been what you anticipated.  Based on your current appearance it appears that the muscle responsible for lifting up your brows was paralyzed, instead of the muscles responsible for moving your inner brows down and in, creating the "11's."  Unfortunately you will need to allow this to wear off naturally, and on subsequent treatments proper injection placement will avoid this result.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. I think your forehead was injected instead of glabella. You should have completely opposite effect if glabella was corrected properly.  Please go back to  your injector. This problem can be easily fixed by experienced professional. 

The goal for most Botox injections is to weaken the pull down muscles on the face and allow the pull up muscles to work unopposed to provide the lifting effect.  If the injector put botox into the frontalis pull up muscles of the forehead in the area between the eyebrows, one can get the heavy looking droopy brows in this area.  You should meet with the injector to discuss this and consider placing the Botox into different depths on future injection.

I would advise you to wait for it to wear off. Express your concerns to your injector and s/he should change the approach. I advise you to treat forehead lines and elevens without paralyzing the muscles that is supposed to hold the eyebrows lifted. Good luck!

so you have depression of the medial brow which has been caused by botox, probably to your forehead or in combination of forehead and glabellar. A small drop of botox under the medial brow will help by taking out orbiculares a little. My advice is to have less in this area next time and to go higher in the medial forehead. Hope that helps,Adam Goodwin

Thanks so much for your question. The good news it that I think what you are experiencing should be easy to fix (although it's always hard without an in-person evaluation). When you take something away from the body, it will always compensate. When you had a Botox treatment which reduced your ability to lift your forehead (the movement which causes the wrinkles) you naturally cause things to fall a bit. In addition, in you, the muscles which pull down in your frown/glabellar area are now becoming more apparent and you are seeing more downward pulling in your procerus (central frown) muscle. Injection in this area will likely improve your symptoms. In the future, you may want to do less in your forehead, or better yet, make sure that you treat not only your forehead, but also your glabella for an even, blended effect.

I'm sorry for this poor result after Botox. When the glabella is injected, there is always some diffusion of the Botox to the frontalis muscle. If too much diffuse, the middle of the forehead loses it's ability to elevate. This is particular noticeable in patients which have a naturally low medial brow. The possible remedy is injection into the depressor supercilii muscle. In the future, lower injections in the medial corrugator muscles and deeper injections will affect the frontalis muscle less.

If you were injected into the glabella region, it should do the opposite because the corrugates muscles should not be pulling your brow down. Best to review with your injector.
