The middle part of my forehead , in between my eyebrows (glabella) is drooping after botox. I don't usually get injected much botox in that area, but rather higher on my forehead. I got injected 20 units in that area. When I woke up the next day I had this sagging line in between. What can be done do fix this? I keep raising my eyebrowns so that it is not noticeable, but I am not sure I can do this for 4-6 months. Please help.

Answer: Drooping after Botox The goal for most Botox injections is to weaken the pull down muscles on the face and allow the pull up muscles to work unopposed to provide the lifting effect. If the injector put botox into the frontalis pull up muscles of the forehead in the area between the eyebrows, one can get the heavy looking droopy brows in this area. You should meet with the injector to discuss this and consider placing the Botox into different depths on future injection.

Answer: Express your concerns to your injector and s/he should change the approach. I would advise you to wait for it to wear off. Express your concerns to your injector and s/he should change the approach. I advise you to treat forehead lines and elevens without paralyzing the muscles that is supposed to hold the eyebrows lifted. Good luck!
