The fat in my eyelid is just disappearing and getting worst everyday. Any suggestions?

Hello,Fat loss around the eyes is a normal part of aging. Most of the time, the cheek tissues descend and the lack of volume over the rim of bone under your eyes can look like volume loss. Without a photograph or more medical history, it is hard to know precisely what your issue are.  For example individuals who use prostaglandin based glaucoma drops are at risk for periocular fat atrophy related to the use of the drop.  There can be other localized issues as well contributing to this type of atrophy.  An assessment by a board certified ophthalmologist is a very good place to start.
