The scar needs to be excised and the underlying muscle needs to be stitched back together to reduce the depression. It is simple and can be done just under local anesthesia in the office. RegardsDr.J
The scar can be excised and closed under local anesthesia in the office. This should correct this deformity and result in an almost imperceptible scar.

You have a post surgical depressed scar. Instead of feeling "horrible", please contact a facial plastic or occuloplastic surgeon for a scar revision.

I am sorry to hear that you have a dent in the eyelid after a huge stye removal. How long ago was that surgery done? The dent can fill a little by itself with time then once stabilised and not improving any further you can consider medical or surgical options. Medical is injection of a small amount of hyaluronic acid gel into the dent, and surgical is removal. If you can avoid further surgery, do. Have you seen a specially trained eyelid doctor or oculoplastic surgeon for their advice? They are very well positioned to assess and advise and treat your eyelid dent.

I would seek out an evaluation with an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
