Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
I hear this question over and over......physically can you do it? sure. Should you? no. Is it safe? Generally not.Make sure you are seeing surgeons who are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. This is not the time to be price shopping.Good luck!Dallas R. Hi, thanks for your question. In theory you can have all of these surgeries in one procedure, but we typically don't recommend that you have a tummy tuck and BBL at the same time, as it's an extremely difficult recovery. With a tummy tuck you'll need to stay off your stomach for quite some time following your procedure and you will need to avoid putting pressure on your bum after the BBL making it super difficult for you to sleep or rest. We typically like to keep combination surgeries focused on the same side of the body in order to make the recovery process as smooth and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend that you book an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in order to discuss these and any other questions you might have and to assess whether these are the right procedures for your goals and needs.
If you are in good health with a BMI of 30 or less, you might be a candidate for the combination surgery. If you wish to stage them, I recommend having the lipo 360 and BBL first, followed by the TT three to six months later. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS.
Dear gazellb78,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.It is safe to combine these procedures, if your health and lab test results allow it. I suggest booking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, to discuss the best options for your goals.Good luck :)
Hello,I do this procedure together frequently. I feel they compliment each other. The BBL sculpts the waist from the back and the Tummy Tuck snatches the waist from the front. In this manner the waist is approached 360 degrees at the same time and the results are often dramatic.sincerelyDr.G
Hello. Commonly in my surgeries I combined Tummy Tuck with Lipo and BBL. This because if Lipo is not performed in upper and lower back, and flanks, and if hemoglobin levels allow it, in some other areas, the patient will remain with a boxy shape and not with a nice and define body contour. So the answer is yes they can be and are combined commonly.
Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a tummy tuck and bbl. Select a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of liposuction, BBLs, and TTs each year with favorable patient feedback, and hundreds of before and after photos in their websites....
Thank you for your questions. Every surgeon has a different post-op protocol for this type of thing. Make sure you are seeing the right surgeon, and then the best advice is to follow his or her post-op protcol. Best of luck! Dallas Buchanan, MD, FACS VIVIFY plastic surgery
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold...
A low TSH with normal T4 and T3 levels is consistent with subclinical hyperthyroidism. Discuss your lab results with the PCP or board certified PS who ordered them to determine if you can obtain clearance to have lipo 360. Your health history and BMI will also be reviewed to determine if you are...
Hello, thank you for your question. The answer to your question is yes, this will be included too. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Many of my patients return to work after 7 to 14 days if that work is sedentary or non strenuous. A week is probably OK with a conservative buttock augmentation of 600 cc to 800 cc per buttock. If you are going in the 1200 cc to 1800 cc per buttock range, you may need 10 to 14 days. For most...
