Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a tummy tuck and bbl. Select a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of liposuction, BBLs, and TTs each year with favorable patient feedback, and hundreds of before and after photos in their websites. Combining the surgeries is safe but the recovery, although manageable, is difficult when sleeping. The TT will be the only surgery to address abdomen skin laxity in the appropriate fashion. With a TT, the stretchmarks to the level of the belly button are generally removed, sometimes more. The amount of skin removed in a TT depends upon the surgeon's technique and the patient's tissue characteristics. Recommend having the BBL performed before the TT so that fat harvested from liposuction of the sides, abdomen, and back can be transferred to the buttocks.

It all depends of your expectations. Based on these photos, you may consider additional shaping/augmentation of buttosks and hips by means of fat grafting. Only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goals, an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon could give you right advice. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

You're going to need a tummy tuck if you want a flat, tight abdomen. The loose skin and stretch marks will not smooth out with just liposuction. You could do the tummy tuck and liposuction of your back and waist, along with fat transfer to your hips, and I think that would give you the results you're seeking.

Of course, fat collected from the abdomen and waist can be injected into the buttocks to obtain a fuller butt. But the quality of the skin in the abdominal area is bad. Since it will be worse after fat intake, it may be necessary to plan a treatment for the abdominal area.

You would benefit from a combination of VASER liposuction, BBL and tummy tuck. However, if your focus is your buttock then a BBL would be the most transformative. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
