I am looking to get the perfect hourglass shape and can’t decide if I should get the lipo 360 or the BBL. I was also informed that with the BBL they perform a lipo 360 anyway to get the fat to transfer. I have no hips which I’m looking into getting through the BBL but not so much of getting more fat into my buttocks. Attached are my photos. May you help with suggestions?

Answer: BBL vs. liposuction It all depends of your expectations. Based on these photos, you may consider additional shaping/augmentation of buttosks and hips by means of fat grafting. Only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goals, an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon could give you right advice. It is possible that you may need small TT if lower abdominal skin does not retract after liposuction. Good luck.
