I don’t think you can find a better plastic surgeon than Dr. Giancarlo( Dr.G) McEvenue. I started my research over three years ago and found a few others I was interested in. However, hands down there is no one better. He provides so much education and allows you to make an informed decision which is right for you. He is there for you as well as his staff guiding you along your journey in making you feel comfortable in your own skin. He provides weekly live sessions on IG and allows for an open discussion for the viewers to ask questions. He treats you with respect and is a great listener. He is double board certified which says he’s invested in his clients ensuring he is up to date on his skills. He is the G.O.A.T. My sister was with me last year when I had surgery with him and saw what he did for me as well as his wonderful personality. She then decided to have surgery with him this past month. Words cannot say how much I appreciate all he has done for me. I have so much more confidence since having my surgery.

I just can’t express enough my gratitude for making me beautiful and confident again! When I saw a couple of pictures of Dr. G’s job I trusted him right away. I didn’t tell much, the only thing - I want a natural look. And I got even more than I expected! He did a natural breast, an incredibly cute belly button and a beautiful scar! Yes, I love my scar!:) Post surgery I felt good and recovery was not fast as I wanted but easy:) All of the staff was friendly and great! Excellent experience, thank you so much!

Where to begin? I had a very trialing process to get to the point I need to be for surgery. I was on a timeline and had everything set in place. Dr G, Julia, and Madelyn worked so hard to help me make miracles happen! I truly cannot say enough how much I absolutely love and appreciate them! Dr G. His hands are truly GOLDEN!!!!!! He achieved the exact results I wanted and I cannot believe this is the me looking back at me in the mirror!!!! My body is BANGIN!!! After 8 kids, and a 105 lb weight loss, I never thought I'd see myself like this ever again. It's the best I have ever looked in my entire life, all thanks to Dr G! Forever grateful. 10/10 recommend!!!

The best, absolutely the best. I am so thankful for his care. His attention to detail is beyond measure. I had a finger injury!! I know a finger, How could anyone care about a silly finger? Well he did and my finger looks so good. He is a gem. His office staff is super nice and went above and beyond to welcome me as a patient. Anyone would be crazy to not use Dr. G’s services.

Initial consult was in-person, Dr. G. was professional, knowledgeable and realistic. For the next 8 months Madelyn was my girl, she was patient and understanding, I never once felt unheard or pressured. She talked things through with me, listened and answered every last question I had. Pre op, day before surgery, Madelyn had everything ready for me, in office processes were smooth and efficient. I saw Dr. G, and again he was honest and present. That’s when I got really excited! Day of surgery everyone/thing was great, the post op nurse (who had reached out to me twice the previous week, explaining things and easing my mind) kept my mom updated throughout my procedure. Post op (and really the entire time) I NEVER felt like a number or just another pt., I was catered to by Madelyn, and anyone else in the office. My aunt even made the comment “ you can really tell he (Dr. G.) loves his job” referring to how he walked into him office, his positive attitude, how he treated his pts, their companions and his staff. Dr. G is not only a phenomenal surgeon, his a good person, his real and runs a great practice. Not one time was anyone/thing ever late/behind.

My mom, who is a nurse, was so impressed by, Dr. G., his staff and their processes even scheduled a consult while we were there!

Please note this is my second go around/revision (First time not with Dr. G, I repeat first surgery was NOT done by Dr. G.)

And given the complications I had the first time, to say I was nervous would be an understatement. Yet.

I FELT SAFE IN DR. G’s HANDS.

I can’t say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish.
I have had previous surgeries in the past from very well know Drs. but never had the results I wanted. Dr.G has given me the body that I have always dreamed of. The most important thing for me was finding a surgeon that would keep me safe and healthy. I didn’t want to end up in a “chop shop” just to save a few dollars. The office staff and nurses he has are exceptional and genuinely caring! They all follow up throughout the healing process and always respond promptly. I have had two surgeries and will be going back for a third to finalize my transformation. The facilities are beautiful and clean along with his state of the art operating room.
If you are considering a procedure, then you should most definitely schedule a consultation with Dr. G:)

I can’t express enough how great my experience was with Dr. G and his staff.

I had been searching for a plastic surgeon in Florida for quite some time. I found Dr. G through a recommendation on a Facebook group. After attending several lives and speaking with some past patients, I decided to proceed with booking a consultation.

I was given a quote that included the tummy tuck, breast augmentation and also included a BBL quote which I ultimately decided not to go with. I placed my deposit to secure my surgery date, which was a simple process. The admin staff was great, and my coordinator was prompt with responses to my increase before placing the money down.

I must admit that before my surgery I had a bit of a panic moment. I ended up speaking with the office manager Julia on the phone and expressed my concerns with her. She was empathetic reassuring, but most importantly, not pushy and was genuinely concerned with what I was feeling. It was clearly some last minute cold feet that I worked through and I am so glad that I did.

My preop went smoothly and was given a bag full of necessities prior to surgery. I was also given some recommendations on sites to see in the area as I came down a couple of days prior to my surgery.

The day of surgery was very nerve-wracking and understandably, so as it’s undergoing substantial surgery. Dr. G talked me through everything that he was going to be doing and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Renzo was very friendly and also a calming force.

I couldn’t have been any happier when I saw my tummy tuck. I had three children and a sagging punch with extra skin and stretch marks which was gone. I waited several months before deciding to post this review to see how my healing progressed and how everything settled and my stomach is completely flat and my scars very thin. Even before children, I was self conscious in a bikini and am wearing one with confidence and pride.

Now for the negative. One of the incisions on my breast did not heal completely at first. I had a slight opening, but it was very very tiny. Dr. G was responsive when I sent my photos in and got on a call with me to discuss, proper care. He advised that if I was ever unsure to go to the emergency room at my local hospital and or set up an appointment with a wound care specialist things never progressed that way though as it did close really quickly and I didn’t have any infection or further issues with it. I know that these are just complications that can happen with plastic surgery but I felt like it was handled very well.

The office has followed up with me a couple of times since my surgery, and I truly feel cared about and looked after. I will be returning for some Lipo, and potentially a BBL in the future. Thank you Dr. G and staff.

I cannot explain the vibes I get when walking into the office. It’s the most welcoming, uplifting, and exhilarating feeling knowing what’s next to come. Everyone is thorough, and beyond friendly. Doctor G, knows what he’s doing with that lipo wand and shaped me better than I could have ever imagined. I love him and his crew so much I opted for a round 2 of surgery. Did I need it? Probably not, but I got and I absolutely love it. My confidence is beaming and I couldn’t have gotten it from anyone else except Doctor G! His entire staff is the icing on the cake. You’re in the best of hands before(coordinators), during(doctor G), and after surgery(post op nurse). If you’re contemplating Doctor G, just hit that consultation button. *NO RAGRETS*

I had the best experience ever. Dr. G and his entire staff are awesome. When I first woke up from surgery I was was taken care of by Carolann she anticipated my needs and simply amazing. Rebecca is awesome and knows her stuff. Rosa and Claudia set the standard when it comes to massages and have you feeling brand new. Henrique was always pleasant and always had a warm infectious smile. Annie customer service skills is top tier. Julia was always so prompt when returning my emails. I can't say enough great things about Dr.G and his staff.I'm am extremely happy with my results, I know I have a long road to recovery but I know I made the right decision in choosing Dr.G.

After researching surgeons for two years I had finally chosen Dr. G to perform my plastic surgery. I flew all the way from Japan to Boco Rotan due to the following reasons:

1. Dr. G’s previous client’s before and afters showed extremely low tummy tuck scars with straight, thin lines. Their scars are beautiful and I wanted to have the same results. I had researched before and afters for years. It wasn’t until I ran into two photos of Dr. G’s client’s that made me realize you can have a beautiful tummy tuck scar!
2. Dr. G requires a list of blood work, an EKG and requires his patients to be within a specific BMI. This gave me confidence that he cared about my safety and wasn’t chasing the dollar. This also gave me peace of mind the night before surgery that I was healthy enough to have the procedure.
3. Dr. G does weekly social media LIVE videos. These videos helped me feel like I was an expert coming into the surgery. I felt knowledgeable and ready. This also made me feel like I knew Dr. G’s patient protocol, pain protocol and could tell he had a great bedside manor. It also showed he has a heart of a teacher which shows compassion.

My experience at the surgery center was excellent. When I first walked into the surgery center I was welcomed by Annie. Her personality was so bubbly, welcoming and calming. On the days I didn’t feel my best, she made me smile and feel better.

I then met my coordinator (Kathryn) for my pre-op appointment. She was extremely informative and helped me and my husband feel confident with our meds and aftercare instructions. She’s amazing.

On surgery day I met with Rosa. She met me at the door to get ready for surgery. She was so sweet, kind and supportive. She helped me feel
confident when I was most shaken and nervous.

After Rosa, I met Dr. G, he really is just like his LIVES. He is very outgoing, kind and has great bedside manner. He was really excited for the surgery and I have to say, I’m loving my results. He is extremely talented. A few days after the surgery Dr. G asked me to pin on a gallery map where I flew from (Japan). That additional bit of customer service and excitement was above and beyond.

Frank, the CRNA, also had a great personality! He was super informative and was able to keep the conversation going which helped me keep my mind off of the fact that I was heading into surgery. All I remember with the surgery was laying on the table, talking about going to Italy for vacation after my surgery, and next thing I knew… I was waking up in recovery.

Speaking of recovery, Carolann, she is literally an angel. As soon as I was awake she had me on the phone with my spouse which made me feel safe and secure. Her personality was so calm, kind and optimistic. She was exactly who I needed to wake up to after surgery. She is fantastic.

Dr. G offers the stay package to patients who fly or drive into the area. With the package comes RN care. Rebecca is the nurse who provides professional companion care at my hotel. I can’t say enough about her, she was so patient with me. The hardest time for me was the first 5 hours after surgery. Coming out of anesthesia and coming into the pain regiment took a minute for me to find comfort and adjust. Rebecca cheered me on the entire time. She reassured me that I was ok and it was only going to get better. She helped me and my companion with any questions we had. She was extremely relatable, uplifting, positive and attentive.

With the stay package comes the shuttle service. Henrique is the driver. He was also such an optimistic gentleman. Every day he would tell me that I look better and better. He was very kind and cheered us on. He was also always early to pick us up to and from appointments. He brought us to our clinic appointments and lymphatic massage appointments. He is the person we interacted with the most during our visit and he was absolutely a pleasure to interact with.

Dr. G’s surgery center has two massage therapists. Part of the stay package included lymphatic massages. Both Claudia and Elizabeth brought on so much healing. I would go into my appointment feeling exhausted, stiff and swollen and I would leave feeling refreshed. Every day I would heal significantly and I truly believe it’s from these two talented ladies. Both were so patient, sweet and amazing.

During my post-op appointment I was introduced to Julia. I think of her as
the master mind behind the office. Her staff being so amazing is a true testament to her leadership. You cant have such a happy environment without a great leader. When I met her she was very approachable, kind and energetic!

I am not sure how Dr. G and Julia have found so many people with such amazing personalities. But their office culture goes above and beyond customer service. Each individual had such a bubbly personality that made me feel welcome, calm and ready for my surgery journey.
