How can you have scheduled surgery without speaking to your surgeon?

You’re not a particularly good candidate for Liposuction.

Your best option is significant weight loss followed by a full tummy tuck.

At your current weight you’re not a particularly good candidate and should not expect impressive results from lipisuction.

My personal first-hand experience with J plasma was disappointing to the point where I got rid of the equipment.

The primary reason you will not have a good results with Liposuction is that you have significant skin laxity, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral fat.

This will not be treated with Liposuction. Your fupa will still be there because it primarily represents skin laxity.

I suggest scheduling in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have a strong reputation.

You would benefit from a tummy tuck if you want to get rid of the fupa. You have skin redundancy and adiposity in the abdominal region, which would attenuate the effects of just liposuction. The tummy tuck procedure would comprehensively remove excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. The abdominal muscle would also be 'tightened' to create the appearance of a flatter stomach.
