I really want the Fupa gone would I be okay without J-Plasma? I have my lipo 360 and BBL surgery coming up in Feb. Please I need advice my surgeon hasn't said anything yet but I want 2nd opinions.
Answer: Should I add J-Plasma with my lipo 360 as I really want the Fupa gone? Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can benefit from a BBL, but also a TT. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. You may find after lipo that the laxity of the skin on your abdomen requires a TT at a later date. I recommend you to schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Tummy Tuck Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Tummy tuck candidate Dear lizlee169, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. BBL won't correct loose skin on your abdomen. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Treatment options Your post is sending red flags galore. How can you have scheduled surgery without speaking to your surgeon? You’re not a particularly good candidate for Liposuction. Your best option is significant weight loss followed by a full tummy tuck. At your current weight you’re not a particularly good candidate and should not expect impressive results from lipisuction. My personal first-hand experience with J plasma was disappointing to the point where I got rid of the equipment. The primary reason you will not have a good results with Liposuction is that you have significant skin laxity, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral fat. This will not be treated with Liposuction. Your fupa will still be there because it primarily represents skin laxity. I suggest scheduling in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have a strong reputation. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Tummy Tuck You would benefit from a tummy tuck if you want to get rid of the fupa. You have skin redundancy and adiposity in the abdominal region, which would attenuate the effects of just liposuction. The tummy tuck procedure would comprehensively remove excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. The abdominal muscle would also be 'tightened' to create the appearance of a flatter stomach. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a tummy tuck specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
