I am scheduled for a 360 lipo and BBL. The BBL is just for roundness (I have 2 noticeable flat spots on my upper posterior) and my hip dips. I have fullness underneath that I'm not having altered. My question is will I be able to sit any sooner than those that are getting an all-around fluffing?

Answer: Having BBL on hip dips and flat spot on upper bum. Can you sit down any sooner if you are having less work done? Hello, thank you for your question. I recommend you to ask any question to your plastic surgeon, since every surgeon has a different postoperative protocol.

Answer: Postoperative protocol Dear Fabulous756090, I instruct my patients not to sit for 2 solid weeks. We provide them a specialized pillow that our patients can sit on during that time. They can sleep on their stomachs or sides. Fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area.
