My blepharoplasty surgery was done 23 weeks ago. I have the following complications today - I still feel almost every day pulling effect on one eye, both eyes became very dry and I think my lower eyelids a bit too loose and not enough stretched. I noticed that in the morning my eyes are sitting correctly & I do not feel any dry eye syndrome, but in the afternoon I start feeling it & it is almost difficult to handle dry eye syndrome in the evening (very dry, painful & irritating).
