Could custom facial implants correct eye pulling & ectropion? (Photo)

I’m a 63 good health none smoker or drinker female Had mid face lift in 2019 this left eye pulling and ectropion I had a revision with the same surgeon in 2020 The exact same thing happened I really want this corrected I’ve read about custom implants that Could correct both Is this possible I really do feel depressed by this result s Thank you
