am a 42 years old male and started to notice my eyes charm and youthful look is fading . how severe my hooded eyes look like ? is it too early to go for Blepharoplasty ? or shall i opt for ultherapy ? would Blepharoplasty make my eyes smaller ?

Often the orbicularis muscle strength cannot be changed, but we can help support the lower eyelid in different ways to improve lid closure. I recommend you see an eyelid specialist in your area. Best of luck!

Asymmetry of the eyelids from Thyroid Eye Disease typically responds best to surgical options. Filler and botox can certainly camouflage the asymmetry to some degree. I recommend seeing an eyelid specialist who deals with Thyroid Eye Disease. Best of luck!
