Can you have multiple fat transfers?

In general, one can have multiple fat transfers at the same site or at different sites on the body. This is not an uncommon technique that increases volume beyond what the volume can be obtained with just one transfer procedure. This is of course possible only if you have sufficient areas to donate fat with liposuction.

As long as there are enough donor fat stores it should be possible.  Regaining weight generally enlarges your fat cells making it more fragile resulting in more resorption.  Obtain a consultation with a plastic surgeon  to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure.  Best

Yes you can have multiple fat transfers to your breasts. It is common in breast reconstruction patients after mastectomy to have more than one fat transfer to the breast and you can choose the same donor site or go to a new one as needed.

Multiple fat transfers can certainly be performed and is done typically to achieve good results. I typically do not have patients gain weight before fat grafting procedures. Good luck!

Provided that you allow adequate time between  fat grafting sessions to evaluate the results, you can undergo multiple fat grafting procedures.  Multiple sessions of fat grafting are often needed to get the best rest.

Yes, actually, multiple sessions of fat grafting are the norm in places like Italy. I always like to fat graft twice if possible because the second time usually is easier and has a good effect. You can have breast augmentation at any time in the process as well. Good luck!

If you wanted both procedures, the most straightforward way to do it would be at the same time, however it would be long procedure and involve multiple body regions, so the recovery would be a bit more demanding for you. If you were to separate the procedures, you could have fat taken from certain parts of your body and injected into your breasts, leaving other parts of your body alone for future fat donation to your buttocks. This is likely preferable because if you have fat taken from all over your body initially for one procedure, it leaves scar tissue behind, which can have an effect on the ease of harvest for a second procedure, as well as the fat quality/quantity. You would not have to regain weight to have enough fat for a second procedure. Gaining weight will only cause the size of your existant fat cells to increase, and when that happens, your harvested fat decreases in quality and less will be retained after grafting. 

 You can do multiple fat grafting... at present in breast and bbl in future .  Limiting factor is availabilty of fat which can be sucted out .  You can do regrafting in their same area also provided you have extra fat in other body parts

Thank you for your question. Multiple grafting procedures can be performed at the same time or at different times. Actually, it is sometimes preferable to stage the grafting procedures as this allows more volume to be placed safely minimizing the potential risks of volume loss over time and the possible complications often seen with fat transfer. Of course, you are limited by the volume of that is available to you to perform the procedures.
