Almost 10 years ago, I had a mommy makeover with Dr John Ness, retired. I’d thought about needing to do something as I approached 10 year mark. All my photos from my mommy makeover review have disappeared.
I’ve gained/lost weight in past 10 years, Im a steady 145. I kept thinking my breasts were too large, the implants were 397/421. When I would touch them it felt like a softball size, 36dd.
So my first appointment, I knew immediately I’d go with Dr. Kayan, she’s so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and decided to go with implant removal and a lift. Im not concerenced about scars, as my old scars faded to nothing. I had first appt 9/24, and decided right away to schedule the operation.
My operation was at North Memorial, a great experience, nice nurses, professional environment, I met the whole team that would be caring for me. The procedure took 1 hour and i went to recovery for 45 minutes to an hour.
At no time did I feel discomfort, or if I did I was quickly given some pain management.
Here it is day 5, post surgery and things are perking up once again. Prior to implants I was 36c but saggy from breast feeding 2 kids.
Since I have been thru augmentation/lift before, Im not concerned about bruises, they go away. I will update when I can with photos, but Im thankful, I found Dr. Kayan to do my explant/ and breast lift.
Updated on 3 Nov 2025:
I returned to work after having surgery on Thursday, off Friday, Monday, back in office Tuesday but I have an easy desk job. I find it easier sleeping alone, so i can elevate my head, etc. The bruises are slowing fading away. Wearing a surgical style bra 24/7. I measured myself at 32 underbust and 37 overbust. Before I started this augmenting journey nearly 10 years ago, I was a saggy 34c/36c, then I went to 36dd with 397.421 implants. The picture i posted will show the implants were too large. Im hoping someday the breast tissue will fluff after my explant and lift. I’ve included my pre implant saggy breast photos, and post augmentation photos, then the current bruised state.
